Good afternoon, you and your partner Tania have been explained actively and passively, and there is no way for you to understand. We never receive the amounts of the deposits; your bank handles them through pre-authorized transactions on the card, so we cannot keep something we do not have or have access to. Negative experience: I give one star because it's mandatory, but it deserves less than 10 stars. Our stay has been horrible, they charged us 150 euros more for a supposed deposit. And then they didn't refund it. The apartment was quite old and the refrigerator and washing machine were ancient. Without a doubt, if I return to Benidorm, I will never count on this real estate agency again.

Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment in Benidorm the last week of August 2023 and we couldn't be happier. The treatment from Juan and his son was excellent and he even had a kind gesture towards my daughters. Thank you for everything, as soon as we can we will repeat. This year 2024 we have already repeated and we will surely do it again since we are very comfortable in the apartment. I must say that the treatment from Juan and his son is always courteous and professional; if something doesn't work, they solve it as soon as possible. If you have one towel less, you call them or send them a WhatsApp and they resolve it immediately, that's how it is, and anyone who says otherwise is lying. By the way, the deposit is always returned, the comments that some people are making in other reviews are false. Honestly, if you want to enjoy Benidorm by hiring the services of this real estate agency, you won't regret it.
