Negative experience: Sales mentality, not a real estate mentality. I have dealt with Sonia and Marta, and without a doubt, they only cared about receiving their commission. They neglected the buying side from the moment the deposit was signed, despite having found urban planning files, hidden defects... I feel deceived. Beware of what they sell you.

Fantastic experience: The 5 stars are dedicated to the two professionals who work at the real estate agency, Mireia, with whom we had more contact and who was lovely, and also to Marta, who also helped us a lot. We are very grateful for their kindness and warmth. The experience of working with Solvia was quite frustrating and stressful due to all the documentation hurdles. Thank you girls! We will show you the house when it is renovated.

Positive experience: Everything was perfect although the process is quite long and tedious. Mireia, the salesperson, was super attentive and friendly, as was her colleague Marta. I don't give 5 stars because the process is very tedious and long.

Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with Solvia was far from satisfactory. It's difficult to find any redeeming qualities amidst the myriad of challenges I faced. The communication with this real estate broker was not just slow, it was nearly non-existent. Attempts to reach them by phone were met with silence, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. Their operational rigidity was baffling, and their request for sensitive documents like a passport copy without proper legal markings was alarming, to say the least. It's concerning that such practices are part of their routine operations. Dealing with Pura, the manager, only added to the frustration. Her management style seemed to complicate matters further, making every step of the buying process with the arras contract more daunting than it should have been. As a seller, expect minimal effort on their part. The lackluster promotion of properties, characterized by poor-quality photos and inadequate listing strategies, notably on platforms like Idealista, does little to instill confidence or attract potential buyers. My attempts to communicate were an exercise in futility. It took an unreasonable number of calls and messages just to elicit the bare minimum response. The process of arranging property viewings was a test of patience, as if every request was an inconvenience to them. In conclusion, engaging with Solvia was a lesson in frustration. The combination of poor communication, questionable practices, and a general disregard for client satisfaction makes it hard to recommend their services. This experience was not just disappointing; it was disheartening, especially from a firm that should thrive on client relationships and trust.

Negative experience: I give one star because you can't give less. The incredible thing is that ONLY to get information about a house they published, they ask for all your information! You have to give your sensitive data to strangers BEFORE seeing a house for rent, just to have information about it, and I find that ridiculous. I don't know what they do with people's data, and they treat you in an incredibly shady way as if you were asking them for a favor. Do not trust people who ask for your data without providing a prior event form and without stating the name of the privacy guarantor because your data is important, and these people do not know what they do with your data!

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella y porque no puedo poner menos, solvia, son unos sinvergüenzas, alquilan los pisos según ellos en buen estado, porque mandan un par de inútiles a arreglarlos y luego todo son problemas con los vecinos, enchufes que se caen cuando vas a conectar algo, la vecina todos los días en mi casa porque le hacemos goteras, y los pintores que mandó solvia rompieron la antena de mi vecino, como veis una joya, P. D. La vecina soy yo. Y solvia después de más de tres meses sigo sin antena y con nuevas goteras, no me quedará otra que denunciar. ATTE. LA VECINA

Negative experience: Lamentable gestión, mucho pasotismo y muy nefasta atención, para cobrar si son rápidos y llaman y apedrean el teléfono pero para hacer su trabajo ya les da un poco más igual, si tenéis opurtunidad de cualquier otra inmobiliaria mejor. Por que esta es muy muy lamentable. Un saludo
