(Before signing anything, I made sure that the bank granted me the necessary loan, which is very important) and, although the sale was delayed a bit longer than expected due to reasons beyond the real estate agency (the sellers' documentation was not updated and in order), during this time both Marta and Ricardo were very attentive to me and the management. In the end, the sale went through without any problems, they also took care of changing the name on all the utilities, taxes, community, etc. and the truth is that I am very happy with their management.

They tell us that we have to buy from them even though they don't have anything matching the characteristics we requested for almost a year. OF COURSE, THEY ARE REPORTED!!! Don't go here!!! In response: It's not been a year, the first property I made the deposit for was the owner who backed out, and I had to claim this money because it had 'slipped their mind', and after that, they didn't find a property that matched what I was looking for. I haven't been looking for a mortgage for a year because I have the money; what I'm looking for is a house that meets my needs. If you can't provide it, you have to return the money. THE CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES THAT IF THE FINANCING IS NOT OBTAINED, THE MONEY IS RETURNED. Obviously, as you already know, this has been reported. We only warn other clients not to GIVE A DEPOSIT AT THAT OFFICE AS THEY WILL HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON LAWYERS. FORTUNATELY FOR ME, THE JUSTIFICATION IS FREE, AND I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND A EURO, BUT FOR OTHERS.
