Negative experience: A certain Maria is rude on the phone... I asked for a specific piece of information, nothing personal, and well... as if I were asking for DNA. I wanted to know roughly about changing the administrator in another property that they asked about, and obviously we are not going to count on them, one because of how expensive they are and two because of the lack of friendliness.
Good morning Gema, you are being untruthful, you called us wanting us to give you private information about a property which you will understand we cannot do without the owner's authorization. We already know that you are from another real estate agency, but we do not lack the truth and transparency that characterize us in our more than 40 years in Benidorm, unlike others. Best regards.
Negative experience: Horrible, I messaged them on WhatsApp and they don’t even respond, they just leave you on read.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic agency! We tried a few and as soon as we spoke to them we felt confident. They were professional, responsive, helpful, kind and got our flat sold quickly for a good price. Alvaro and his assistant Andrea speak perfect English too. I can’t speak highly enough of them. The buyers had previously used them and told me they wouldn’t use any other agency. They also do rentals short term and long term. Bravo!

Venta de un apartamento en Benidorm siendo varios propietarios y con residencias a 400 km de distancia; se encargaron de todo, acertaron con el precio de venta, se vendió bastante rapido y además con una comisión muy razonable.
