Para mi criterio ha faltado profesionalidad y sobre todo, comunicación. We contacted the real estate agency and from the very first conversation, the service was impeccable and professional. They provided us with many options, and among them, we chose the best one that fit our budget, with an incredible view, the place was clean and tidy, and the area was quiet and central. Without a doubt, the best place to spend time with family. We are absolutely delighted with the place and Nathalie's service.

Negative experience: We were at the IKERNE BUILDING in Benidorm the first week of September. The cleaning was terrible; we had to scrub the pans, glasses, and countertops as soon as we arrived because everything was sticky. One bathroom had mold in the shower and the other had a clogged sink, both without lights. It didn't look like they had cleaned before we arrived, despite the check-in time being at 4:00 PM because, supposedly, they were going to clean before we entered. They sent the cleaning staff in response to our complaint, and when they arrived, they asked what needed to be cleaned, but what the apartment needed was a deep cleaning. Since we were already inside with our things, they couldn’t do that, so they just wiped the bathroom and felt satisfied with that. For the bathroom lights, they told us they were sending someone named Antonio who was going to bring light bulbs, and he never showed up; we were there for a week. The mattresses leave a lot to be desired; all four of us ended up with back pain. Based on other responses, they will now say that they sent cleaning staff and that we left it dirty, but I go on vacation and I want to find it clean, not have to leave the apartment for them to clean. To clarify their response, I go on vacation to go to the beach and whatever I want, not to stay in the apartment waiting for maintenance to come or not. They could have called to know when we were there. In any case, that is something you need to review and deliver the keys to a spotless apartment, as we paid 800€ for a week in September; it’s not exactly cheap.

Nathalie was absolutely amazing: always attentive, extremely reliable, and she immediately responded to all our needs. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from another holiday in Benidorm and once again rented an apartment through Nathalie and Inmobiliaria rosemberg.We stayed in Edificio Accuarium Lords Restaurant is literally next door for breakfast €4.50 or a pint.The apartment is very spacious with a large corner balcony with amazing views including the Solana hotel pool used in the TV series Benidorm.Edificio Accuarium has a large pool and sunbathing area and although there are no loungers(its a residential building) you can always buy blow up floaters.The apartment has a separate bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe with a free safe.The lounge area has a very comfortable pull out bed from under the setee making a double bed.Air conditioning is great and there's a dining table and chairs in another area with a full kitchen and washing machine.A very modern bathroom compliments the apartment with a large walk I shower.The apartment is in a brilliant location close to the beach indoor market shops etc.Once again Natalia it was a pleasure to meet you and a few of your staff who were in and out of the building daily cleaning etc.Book this apartment if you like Benidorm you won't be disappointed .

Negative experience: Horrible experience, we were put in an uninhabitable apartment with pee on the sofa, broken wardrobe, toilet out of place, useless kitchen utensils, broken plugs, broken sun awnings, etc., and of course no cleaning whatsoever. Everything was fine when contracting, but it's a rental apartment from a real estate agency that rents from another agency, which is just pitiful. We were offered an immediate alternative in another area that has nothing to do with it and a second place to move in three days later, according to Nathaly Rosemberg, much better for being closer to the beach but without air conditioning and no pool. She never answers the phone; all calls are redirected to her lackeys. We stayed one night out of obligation and left in a hurry, not before reporting it, of course. Some small photographic details. Fantastic experience: I stayed in one of Nathalie's apartments, specifically in the Cometa building, the first week of August, and honestly, it corresponds to what we talked about as soon as I contacted her at the beginning of the year. I will undoubtedly return because I haven't had any issues with the real estate agency, and Nathalie has always answered my WhatsApp messages and calls, helping with everything she could.

Negative experience: When we arrived on Sunday at the apartment, we were told that there was a problem and that we had to go to another apartment (which they let us stay in for the night at no cost, but they spoke to us very rudely). Upon arriving the next day at our apartment, we found it full of hair because a dog had been there before, the dirty chairs were full of stains, the blinds don't go up or down, the kitchen and the bathroom smell bad, overall the cleanliness is terrible, the mattresses are uncomfortable, there are 4 clothes pegs, the sink drain doesn't drain, everything is very dirty.

Negative experience: We can sum it up as the worst vacation experience we have ever had. We rented an apartment in Club Médico II, Benidorm, through Vrbo. Upon arrival, we found an old apartment in rather poor hygiene conditions, with very little kitchenware (2 pots, one small frying pan, two soup spoons, and one breakfast cup for 4 people). Far above the average rental price in the area for the summer, and certainly not justified by the condition of the apartment. They forgot to give us the garage remote, and handed us a single set of keys. Coincidentally, the previous tenants had taken a set. A Sky armchair occupying the living room was filled with dirt and broken, coincidentally also by the previous tenants, and awaiting collection by the town hall (by the way, left in conventional garbage bins afterwards), a dresser with the last drawer broken too (same issue, previous tenants), a half-broken clothesline with 4 cords and no other clothesline in sight. Bird nests on the outdoor air conditioning units, devices held together with clips and rags, ants in the kitchen... Some glued and reglue chairs that had to be disposed of that same week, to the astonishment and surprise of the furniture collector who picked them up (he couldn't understand how someone could have chairs in such poor condition). Over the course of a week, they came 3-4 times to resolve all these issues, while we ended up buying some kitchenware that was refunded by the agency. Once we got through the difficulties of that week, we thought things would improve, but they didn't. In the second week, we flooded the apartment below, whose owner told us it wasn't the first time it had happened, so a small repair had to be made in the apartment, leaving the remaining debris living with us for the last 15 days of vacation (it’s still there). They also informed us at reception about the usual tenant complaints regarding the same issues in this building. Finally, when fixing whatever needed to be repaired to avoid flooding the neighbor, some point of the pipeline in the apartment got clogged, causing the washing machine to overflow, flooding the bathroom, a bedroom, and part of the living room. We alerted the real estate agency about the problem (initially, the shower was getting clogged, and then water started flowing through other channels), with a response from Natalie that she can't force the insurance company to respond when it suits us. I am also a property owner and, fortunately, up until now, whenever I've had breakdowns, they’ve come promptly to fix them and have never left debris in my home. In short, in my opinion, the apartment should not be rented until it has been thoroughly renovated, with a price far above what it deserves and very poor real estate service. I have been renting vacation properties through platforms, agencies, and owners for decades and by far, this is the worst experience. Not recommended at all. I won't even get into the complaints we made that, according to the real estate agency, are charges made to us by Vrbo, and according to the platform, charges made by the real estate agency. And from what I've read, surely the response to my experience from the real estate agency is not going to be favorable in any case, just look at the responses they provide to all negative comments. To the next tenants entering tomorrow, I wish you good luck and patience; you'll need it.

Negative experience: We asked if we could enter earlier since we were coming from afar (we knew the check-in time was at 4 PM) and they told us that it would be ready around 2 PM. We waited practically until the check-in time. The girl who handed us the keys showed very little professionalism; she didn’t even bother to show us the apartment, just pointed out where the beds were. There was only one pot and a badly damaged frying pan. The sink had something I had never seen before: the light was sensor-activated, it was in the shower, and I had to stretch my arm all the time to turn it on, same with the toilet, moving my arms constantly. The cupboard above the kitchen hood was almost falling on our heads when we opened it; it was broken. What bothered us the most was that when she handed us the keys, she said one opened the front door and the other the apartment. We realized the same key worked for both doors; the other key was for the safe. We mentioned this to the owner via WhatsApp; she read it immediately and we received no response. I do not recommend it at all; they are only interested in money, providing neither good accommodation nor good service. There are many better accommodations in Benidorm.

We gave consent in person to the maintenance guy that he could come in to fix it, and he told us he would do it the next day, but that didn't happen. He called us, and since we were at the beach, we didn't answer. We called back, and he didn't respond, and every time he saw us in the neighborhood, he acted like he didn't know us. There wasn't even a miserable roll of toilet paper in the whole apartment, and when we told you about it over the phone, you said that you don’t provide that. The conversation is on WhatsApp where I told you that you didn't leave even one for us to spend the night since we arrived late. You are a bunch of liars.

Negative experience: We went as a group renting the apartment 'Principado A' through a platform. It's both sad and shameful to arrive in the city ready to enjoy our vacation and find the apartment destroyed and filthy; we could even describe it as an unhealthy place. We were somewhat reassured thinking that it would be clean by 4:00 PM as they told us. When we returned at 4:00 PM, the apartment was exactly the same as before: ash on the living room table, sand on the sofa, on the beds, on the floor, on the furniture, in the shower; clumps of hair on the floor, a bathroom with the sink pipes exposed and the sink and cabinet on the floor, and the most unbelievable thing (it’s a joke) was the air conditioning vents stuck to the wall (THERE WAS NO AIR AT ALL)... In short, nothing like the photos of the apartment we saw on the app. Nathalie only told us that the plumber couldn't make it and that the cleaners would come. Luckily, the app took care of it and refunded us as soon as we showed them the photos of the place. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: We arrived at 1:00 PM, and we had informed you that we would be arriving at that hour; you told us we could leave our bags, and that’s what we did. We returned after 4:00 PM as you had told us, and everything was as I mentioned before. IT WAS 4:50 PM, AND THERE WAS NOONE FROM CLEANING. Logically, we were not going to wait 5 hours in the sun, with 36 degrees.

Negative experience: Not recommendable, their services are terrible and poorly managed. We rented an apartment in Principado A, and upon arrival, the apartment did not resemble the photos in the advertisement. The condition of the rooms and furniture was awful, very dirty, one of the bathrooms had the furniture and sink thrown on the floor with exposed pipes, and the shower was full of dirt, the sofa was full of sand and half broken, and one of the air vents was stuck to the wall. Negative experience: We rented an apartment for June 20th in February; the pool was under construction. I asked if it would be finished by June, and I was told yes. We arrived at the apartment today, and the pool is still unfinished. The company has been unprofessional. They did not inform us about this, and now they want to leave us hanging, saying they will refund the deposit and that we should find another place. I do not recommend this company at all; when there are problems, they do not take responsibility for anything. Besides, there were leaks. They told us they would give us free Wi-Fi, and now they say there is a 30 euros surcharge... If you want to have a peaceful vacation without issues, do not rent from Nathalie Inmobiliaria Rosemberg.

Negative experience: This company has disappointed us. In February, we rented an apartment with a pool and tennis for June 20. We went to see it and the pool was under construction. We asked if it would be fixed in June and they told us yes. Today we arrived and the swimming pool is still under construction. They did not notify us, which is irresponsible on the part of this company, and on top of that, they wanted to refund us the 100 euros reservation and told us to manage ourselves... They rented to us knowing that the pool would not be finished in June because there is a statement for the owners and the cleaning ladies of this rental company. At least they should have warned us in advance that the pool was not ready so we could rent something else. The solution was to use another pool 2 km away from the apartment. Do not trust this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH ANY PROBLEM.

From €322 for two nights that they had published to €736.70 that they propose... An outrage. In conclusion, my experience has been very bad, both with the real estate agency and with the VRBO platform.

We stayed in an apartment in Benidorm, where on the first day we used one of the showers, the downstairs neighbor came up saying we were wetting him and that it was a problem that had occurred several times before. They even told us that we could continue to use that shower in moderation (since the agency was not below, the neighbor didn't matter). Fantastic experience: Excelente, super recomendada esta inmobiliaria, nos hospedamos en sus apartamentos de Aquarium II y todo perfecto, era un estudio que contiene las camas, tv, aire acondicionado, cocina, lavadora, un super baño, un balcón con mesas y sillas y una hermosa vista, nos hospedamos en el piso 16, el estudio viene equipado con refrigerador y los utensilios de cocina como hervidor, tostador, platos, necesitamos unas ollas y Nathalie super amable nos las consiguió, muy atenta en todo, 1000% recomendada.
