What an adventure, what a dream! All of this thanks to the Milonas agency, but especially thanks to an extraordinary lady, a person who combines incredible qualities. A great personality while remaining simple, unwavering honesty, dedication, kindness, always very punctual, always ready to listen to facilitate all the procedures to be carried out not only before and during but also after, which is very important. Paola is that indispensable person, she speaks French, English, and of course Spanish very well. A climate of trust quickly developed, and we even became friends.

Due to the poor professionalism of another real estate agency (Rosemberg-Nathalie), I was left without an apartment that I had reserved a day before leaving, and because I called to ask about the key handover time... on the same day, I was looking for a thousand places, and I came across Freddy, who took care of finding us something quickly so we could enjoy our vacation. We stayed in two apartments, both better than the last. Everything was very clean, very well located, and one of them had an incredible pool. The facilities have been unbeatable. I'm leaving a review for Sara and Freddy, but also for their colleagues who were very nice. I will definitely contact them again!

Negative experience: I want to warn future tenants about a very negative experience with Milonas Benidorm. We stayed in May 2024 at the apartment Coblanca 8, 18-4, and it was a disaster: it smelled unpleasant, was dirty, the kitchen was filthy, the electrical installation was unsafe, and there were cockroaches. To make matters worse, we discovered that Milonas Benidorm had made a double booking. While we had fully paid for the apartment, apparently another couple was staying there during the same period. This was evident from their response in which they accused us of spreading lies. They even showed reviews from other guests who supposedly stayed there in May 2024 and praised it. Chantal, a Dutch mediator at Milonas Benidorm, ignored our complaints and offered no compensation. Our experience was terrible, and we felt cheated. Negative experience: Beware of the lack of professionalism of Milonas Benidorm and their employee Chantal. In May 2024, we stayed at the apartment Coblanca 8, 18-4. The apartment was dirty, smelled bad, the kitchen was disgusting, the electrical installation was unsafe, and there were cockroaches. To make matters worse, Milonas Benidorm had made a double booking. When we raised our complaints, Chantal responded in a very unprofessional manner. She accused us of lying and threatened legal action instead of offering a solution. Our complaints were not taken seriously and we received no compensation. Negative experience: Warning: Avoid the nightmare we experienced and stay away from this scam. Our stay in apartment Coblanca 8, 18-4 in Benidorm in May 2024, booked through Milonas Benidorm, was a disaster. The apartment did not meet expectations at all: it stank, was dirty, the kitchen was filthy, the electrical system was unsafe, and it was infested with cockroaches. The horror began in the stairwell leading to the apartment, where we found several dead cockroaches (see photos). We strongly advise future renters to avoid dealing with Milonas Benidorm. Our experience was extremely negative, we received no adequate solution or compensation, and in the end, we lost our money.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Coblanca 8, 18-4 in Benidorm I recently stayed at the apartment Coblanca 8, 18-4 in Benidorm in May 2024, booked through Milonas Benidorm, and the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment did not meet our expectations: it had an unpleasant odor, was dirty, especially the kitchen, and the electrical installation seemed unsafe. To make matters worse, there were multiple cockroaches present. The next morning, I reported my concerns to the Milonas Benidorm office and was connected with Chantal, a Dutch intermediary. She suggested sending cleaners, but we felt that this would not address the underlying issues of the apartment. Despite our full payment, we did not receive any form of compensation, not even a partial refund. Later, we were informed that previous renters had no complaints and would gladly book again, which felt like a standard response to dismiss our concerns. Future renters should be cautious when considering Milonas Benidorm. Our experience was very negative, we did not receive a satisfactory solution, and we ultimately lost our money. Verhulst

Negative experience: The experience at the Carabelas 3-12 apartment in Benidorm was not very good. The views are incredible, but the cleaning upon arrival was very limited. The sheets were clean, but the large blankets seemed dirty and no one would cover themselves with them. The television and furniture were new and in good condition, but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was so thin that it felt like sleeping on the floor, and the cushion covers were black and looked dirty and old. The kitchen situation was fine, but what surprised us was that within just 4 hours of being there, we found ants in the bathroom socket. I repeat, we arrived on Friday at 4 PM, and by the time we went to shower, they were already there. I am attaching a photo to show this clearly. My review is meant to help others when considering renting this apartment and to show that it's true. Aside from that, they only provide one roll of toilet paper. Thank goodness we only stayed two nights; the only good thing, as I mentioned earlier, was the views. Other than that, I would not repeat, mainly due to the limited cleaning which did not give a clean impression upon entering.

Positive experience: Beautiful apartment rented online. Upon arrival, their office was difficult for us to find. Called a few times, no answer, only WhatsApp contact. In that, we received tips (videos) on how to find the office. I actually found it very cumbersome. They could have just answered the phone and said 'park your car across from the casino and WALK into the alley.' That would have been so simple, oh well. So here’s 1 star less for that, what a shame. It caused us a lot of stress this way, since we just arrived in an unfamiliar environment. There is an air conditioner in the apartment that hasn’t had any maintenance and is FULL of black mold. I turned it on and it instantly took my breath away. For this, the second star is missing from the review.

Our story: Looking for an apartment in Benidorm we saw 15+ ones shown by 5 different agencies. Being thorough, suspicious and careful as one should be in these matters - we tortured the agencies with countless questions on the properties, Spanish real estate peculiarities and the agencies themselves. Two were above decent but a third one stood out like Benidorms tallest towers - Lisa Milonas. The apartment we wanted was actually shown by another agency, but we wanted to buy through Milonas and man - did that prove to be a wise move! They assisted with everything we could (and failed to) think of. This applied throughout the journey up to the signing and well beyond. Now as proud apartment owners we still benefit from their excellent support. Our Impression: Inmobiliaria Milonas is a family business and their superlative service and way of working fully extends to the employed part of the 'family'. No matter the type or vast amount of things we came up with - Milonas swiftly solved it for us themselves or generously provided a contact from their network of professional service providers. Examples include a most serious rental agency, a good instantly available locksmith at less than half the typical price, a helpful and available banking contact (opposite of what we faced before) and much more. To summarize the efforts put in by this agency gave us a classy and comfortable buying experience that extended to reduce weeks of administrative struggle to fit within a 3 day Benidorm visit.
