Fantastic experience: We recently advertised, and sold our apartment with Engel & Volkers, and the staff there were fantastic, going above and beyond our dreams, especially Ivan. I am paralyzed from the waist down, and my illness has deteriorated to such, that I wasn't able to fly over to Spain for the signing of the deeds. My wife had to make the journey on her own, though didn't have the required Spanish documentation, which would enable her to sell their apartment, Ivan drove her to another city, so that she could get the required legal documents, so thank you once again Ivan, and thank you Engel & Volkers.

Negative experience: A shame. Be careful!!! I rented an apartment full of cockroaches, broken ceilings, dirty, with the smell of sewage, and an extremely old shower. It’s a complete scam. This real estate agency is no longer synonymous with quality or luxury. Be very careful.

Fantastic experience: Vanaf het moment dat we binnen kwamen bij Engel en Völkers, werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Sara. Zij heeft ons begeleid bij het kopen van een appartement in Benidorm! Alle informatie die we nodig hadden, kwam gedoseerd bij ons binnen, zodat we niet overspoeld werden met informatie. Ze hebben veel connecties, om zaken snel te regelen, o.a. NIE nummer, dit kan soms maanden duren voordat je een afspraak kunt inplannen. Wij hebben in 2 weken alles geregeld! Van eerste kennismaking tot en met Notaría, waarna we de sleutels kregen. Fantastic experience: Début du mois de juin 2020 Natacha de E&V Benidorm nous contactait en France, par le biais d'un ami, pour la vente de notre appartement situé à Villajoyosa. En septembre, trois mois après et malgré la pandémie du coronavirus, celui-ci trouvait preneur et je faisais part de notre avis très favorable pour E&V sur FB. Le 21 décembre à 12H00 nous avions rendez-vous chez le notaire à Villajoyosa. En quelques minutes l'acte de vente était signé pour la grande joie je de l'acquéreur et la notre. Tout s'est passé très vite chez le notaire grâce à l'excellent travail réalisé en amont par Natacha de E&V qui a su réunir tous les documents indispensables à la réalisation de cette vente. Une fois encore je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de E&V de Benidorm, en particulier Michelle pour sa cordialité et son entregent et surtout NATACHA pour son professionnalisme, son pragmatisme, sa gentillesse et son énergie inassouvie toujours colorée d'un sourire affable. Une expérience inoubliable que nous souhaitons à tous les vendeurs. Negative experience: I do not recommend this Agnecy!they rent our flat for a week, and the tenant broke the Air Condit. The Agency didn´t ask for a deposit having to pay 3000€ to fix it. The agency never respond our phone calls, and didn´t take any responsability. So why we hire them? if they don´t even ask for a deposit like any Agency should do? it is the second time we work with them, first time not even appear when we sing the contract with the client. They only use the name of Engel and Volkers and the reputation, they are totally unprofesional.
