Negative experience: Scam. The worst real estate agency in Benalmadena.

Negative experience: I had the WORST experience with this real estate agency, and when I say the WORST, I mean the WORST experience when it came to renting. A girl from Manilva attended to my partner Ana and me for a 4-month rental (agreed). On the day of the key handover, I told this lady, who is the agent of the agency, that I was going to bring a little dog, and she said there was no problem. Along with this, there was no clause in the respective rental contract prohibiting pets, animals, or dogs specifically. I rented a room for €550 a month, and I was asked: current month, security month, agency month. When the owner found out that I had a dog, they tried to kick me out by all means, even though my dog neither barks nor was in common areas. While speaking with the owner, I was asked to leave the dog there (the owner said it was very good because she had been there several times and it had never barked), and I was asked for an additional €100 per month (€550+€100) to keep my dog in the room. I even accepted that price to avoid problems and to keep us all calm, but the next day the owner rejected the economic proposal she had offered me. They attempted on 3 different days to come for the keys to get me to leave; I told them I wasn’t going anywhere until my contract period was over because it’s impossible to find anything in the middle of summer. Then, they came up with the brilliant idea (ironically) to go to the National Police station to try to report me for animal mistreatment since my partner and I, like everyone else, work and they said we 'left the dog many hours' at home. In the end, they couldn’t file a report because the same police officer knew my dog and our situation and made sure they couldn’t report it since the legal maximum is 24 hours. With all this, I mean they tried by all ethical and unethical means to evict me until I found another apartment and could leave with my partner and dog. Seven people lived in that house, there was a clear breach of contract, and I still haven’t received the agency fee I paid or the security deposit I left, nothing at all. The lady Ana keeps giving me the runaround, and if there’s one thing this lady is not, it’s professional; she leaves a lot to be desired. Tomorrow, I’m going to start legal actions both against this real estate agency and the owner of the apartment. I advise you that there are many professionals out there, so you don’t have to deal with this lady. I'm being brief with the details, but I could post pictures and explain more specific things, though I don't know if it would even be legal, and these people know all the tricks. As I said, there are professional people and people who are not, and these are neither professionals nor absolutely anything.

Negative experience: Dreadful, a scam. We were attended by Laura who provided us with terrible service. At first, everything seemed fine over WhatsApp. They sent us a video of the apartment that had nothing to do with reality. Upon our arrival at the apartment, it was dirty, the bathroom toilet didn't work, and when we tried to use the bathroom, it flooded the apartment of the tenant below. The bathroom furniture was broken, the kitchen was dirty, greasy, and had a terrible smell. We complained to Laura, to Inmobiliaria Moyza, and to the owner of the apartment (C/ Ronda de los Derechos Humanos) and they all turned their backs on us. Terrible service, an impressive lack of ethics and professionalism. No one cared that we had nowhere to stay. They treated us badly; we were robbed. We had to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

Fantastic experience: Ana Manilva is an excellent person!! She has cared about finding my family the quickest and best options according to our taste... Very grateful!!!

Negative experience: If you are looking for real estate brokerage services, this is not a good place, they want to cover everything to do nothing.

Fantastic experience: I was able to buy my vacation home in Fuengirola thanks to Laura Guzmán, very professional, she supported me throughout the process and clarified all the doubts and fears that arose along the way..:) I already have my brother-in-law in contact with her and I'm sure she'll find him what he's looking for
