Negative experience: Worst experience possible. As advisors, I do not recommend them at all... both my brother and I took the training to work as collaborative advisors, and certainly, the HR girls make it clear how to collaborate. The problem is the Create course, they rush you to pay for it and if for any reason you can't or don't want to continue, don't even dream that they will refund your money... I have been claiming since September and to this day I have received nothing. Frankly, if you are interested in the real estate world, I do not recommend either this company or the brand. It is unfair that they do not provide a service or refund your money; I paid for two courses, mine and my brother's (it was around €500, €485 or something like that) a total rip-off, do not fall for this deception.

Negative experience: UNACCEPTABLE!! A company that claims to specialize in real estate management sells a house without it being properly registered and enrolled, and THEY DO NOT INFORM, BUT HIDE it both when we signed the reservation and the earnest money, where it states: 'the sellers sell in full ownership the described property... free of charges and burdens...'. IT WAS ALL FALSE. In January 2024, we reserved this property in Arroyo de la Miel with Juan Pablo, the salesman, to buy it with financing. In March 2024, we went to the notary to sign the Preliminary Act and were informed that the house IS NOT CORRECTLY REGISTERED and cannot be deeded and much less sold with financing because it will have a charge from Art. 207 of the Mortgage Law which states that within 2 years, a third party may come forward with a right to the property. At Centuty, first Isabel and then Hernán, told us that they would rectify it, that they would take care of removing the charge of 207 from the Simple Note. For 7 MONTHS they were lying to us and making up excuses that everything would be okay. If this were a serious company, they would automatically return our money because they have no right to withhold it. THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN OUR SAVINGS, even knowing that our rental contract is expiring and we need that money to look for another home for my wife and my underage children. THEY ARE SHAMELESS.

Negative experience: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. They hold the money from the caution deposits just because they feel like it. They tried to sell us a house that was not properly registered and with HIDDEN debts under Art. 207 of the LH, which states that a legitimate third-party owner may appear. (BE CAREFUL, DO NOT HAND OVER MONEY). At the notary to sign the preliminary deed, the employee informs us of the reality of the property. The employees of Century, Isabel and Hernán, say and promise to remove the debts while continuing to hold the caution money for 7 months. Does Century really think it is above the law to be able to do that? Hernan the 'manager' does not answer the phone nor does he respond to our lawyer who advises us. RETURN OUR MONEY, THE DEPOSIT EXPIRED IN MARCH 2024 AND THE PROPERTY HAS DEBTS FROM ART. 207 UNTIL JUNE 2026.

Negative experience: One of the worse experiences of my life and now I have to take a legal case against this company ...contact with agent manuala on 21 of May... Deposit transferred on 24 of May.. Several messages as no sign of receipt or contract coming ... Flight from ireland to Spain on 6 of June and received my receipt plus copy of contract ... Tranfer of 906.00 was done 21 of May.. Agent instructed me to tranfer balance 595.00 to owner and she gave me details of owner.. I transferred 595.00 to owner on 7 of June... I returned my contract with only my signature.. Following day owner contacted me to say never again will he deal with office as he too had several issues with agent manuala ... He refused to signed contract... Now two weeks later and also of calls from me to office and no return call from manuala or manager hernan Several emails to office to director and to managet hernan and only today does he reply with no we are not returning your 906.00 depodit ... I am beyond angry and refused to allow this unprofessional agent manuala or manger hernan upset my energy. But I will be taking this matter legally if I do not receive my depodit as I have asked hetnan to email me main owner email and his manger email .. I have several messages and email from manuall agent informing me that my full depodit will be returned.. I think more traing is required for agent manual and I do think more knowledge for manager hernam is required as in every part of the world... A contract is only validity when two people sign it not one .. I have email from owner informing me he will not do business with agent as they had problems too . I also have several messages and emails from agent manualla saying my full depodit of 906.00 will be return .. Never ever ever again would I do business with century 21 in benalmadena... I would advice no one too as unprofessional and incorrect information and not enough knowledge is given to agents.. Ps if hernam manger is reading this please contact me as I have all correspondence from agent from owner and from so call manger hernan .. Who is not named on wedsite as manger but infact Brooker Please BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE

Negative experience: Many promises until you sign the exclusive agreement, and then they don't have as many clients as they promised. A pathetic photo shoot, visits that leave you hanging without warning that they're not coming. If 14 days haven't passed since you signed the exclusive agreement, remember you can legally cancel it. My experience with these people was TERRIBLE.

The reason I'm giving three has to do with the methods of Century 21; for those who are familiar with the selling and buying process in Spain: They don't accept seals; basically you have to sign and pay the full contrato de arras immediately, so if you need to get a mortgage, just better hope and pray! If you're selling, they will keep the contrato de arras money until the day of the escritura, so watch out what you sign!
