Positive experience: Appuntamento fissato e confermato con l’agenzia il 16/11/21 per una visita ad un immobile il 23/11/21 alle 10:30. All’appuntamento non c’era nessuno e nessuno mi ha contattato per dirmi nulla né prima né dopo. Li ho chiamati al telefono e c’era la segreteria telefonica.. Aggiornamento del 26/11/21: a seguito della mia recensione negativa sono stato contattato dall’agenzia. Si sono scusati e mi hanno spigato che si sono confusi con un’atra persona, per questo non si sono presentati all’appuntamento. Credo sia giusto riconoscere il beneficio del dubbio e alzare a tre stelle la recensione.
