I rented a house from these people and they stole my deposit, claiming that there was humidity and they needed to paint (and that's a problem with the house, not mine) after I put in a lot of work in the garden to leave the house in good condition. Negative experience: Ahora parece ser que si eres autónomo tampoco puedes alquilar casas. Te dan largas, en cambio luego llama un amigo y dice que es funcionario y la casa sigue disponible.

Negative experience: Llevo 2 meses esperando que me devuelvan aun parte la fianza que les di. Son poco de fiar a la vista de los hechos.

Negative experience: Muy descontenta, desconsideración por parte de la empresa, ponen muchísimos problemas para devolver la fianza, es inaceptable.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria no gestiona las cosas adecuadamente. Cuando eres su cliente y estás pagando tu alquiler te exigen que seas puntual en los pagos, pero qué pasa cuando dejas un piso que les habías alquilado??? Amigos....entonces la cosa cambia. Mi hermana dejó un piso de alquiler en septiembre y todavía sigue esperando a que le devuelvan la fianza. Ella entregó la vivienda limpia y en buenas condiciones, entregó sus llaves y le dijeron que la fianza se la devolverían en unos días. Está claro que la engañaron. Ahora va a tener que denunciarles para ver si consigue su fianza. Y que pasa si ella necesita ese dinero para dar la fianza de la nueva casa, por ejemplo???UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA. No os la recomiendo.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria nada recomendable. No devuelven la fianza aunque te confirman cuando dejas el piso que te la ingresarán en unos días. 3 meses después de dejar el piso no me han devuelto la fianza, y lo que es peor, no responden ni al teléfono ni al email. Mucho cuidado con ellos!!

Negative experience: Muy mala atención por parte de una de las comerciales llamada Almudena. Yo solicité ver una vivienda de banco, no me daba cita porque decia q finalizaba la puja y al rebatirle la fecha de finalización ella se molestó cuando yo tenía razón y esa vivienda aun estaba en disposicion de venta. Me dio cita para verla y al llegar solo me dijo "ahi la tienes" teniendo que entrar yo sola a verla y yendome sin ningun tipo de información.
