Negative experience: WARNING, STAY AWAY! I had a failed appointment for a property sale in Arrecife with Milagros López and Naresh Pritam of the Perfect Price real estate agency. From the start, they showed a lack of transparency, making promises that were not fulfilled, delaying the delivery of the necessary documentation, and creating expectations that did not lead to any real progress but that one overlooks or simply does not see due to the excitement of a new home. Unfortunately, things got worse, and despite traveling to Lanzarote to expedite the process, I lost both time and resources without receiving a satisfactory response. Given this situation, I decided that the most prudent thing to do was to conclude the operation. Logically, they did not refund my reservation money. REFLECTION: The professionalism and good practices of companies are evident when things go wrong, not just when they go well because then everyone is happy. In my specific case, the notary showed a high level of professionalism by refunding their fees after canceling the purchase deed, something that I deeply value and that shows that, for my benefit, the most logical and coherent thing was not to proceed with the purchase. In contrast, the real estate agency did not act in the same way and kept all my money, which I consider an unfair and unethical practice.

Negative experience: Definitely would not recommend. Had a very poor experience as we had an appointment to visit a villa. We arrived on time at the meeting point but Marielle never showed up. We called her several times and she would only respond with vocal messages. She said she was at the villa but could not be bothered to meet us at the meeting point. Eventually she said she did not even want to show us the villa. A complete waste of time. Totally un professional!

Negative experience: Terrible place, avoid. Very rude staff. Absolutely no manners, no desire to communicate with customers. They care about their tea than the show any property or at least try to communicate. Ps. I’m not in your base because you’re employee refused to communicate. Even though I had an appointment. Of course I won’t be back.

Negative experience: In reply to your reply to Pierre - sorry for this misunderstanding but please don't lie... 1) we WERE at the meeting point at the exact time and.sent you a WhatsApp to tell you 2) we did NOT talk on the phone at first - you didn't reply to our call but left us a voice mail which we couldn't understand 3)we did not even speak to the construction workers so how could we have been rude and agressive!? Please do not lie. They vaguely waved their arms and we didn't understand what they meant, we certainly did NOT try to cross the construction site. All you needed to do was walk 50 metres to come and meet us and explain where we needed to go - you knew we were there because the construction workers obviously told you - unfortunately for some reason, you didn't want to do that. 4) yes, I agree, we were impatient on the phone when you finally answered but that was because we had been waiting for 20 minutes and you hadn't answered and you didn't make the effort to come and find us and we just saw some construction workers waving their hands! Pleas respect your clients and don't invent things on Google like saying we weren't at the rendezvous and that we had spoken to the construction workers. Both those things are entirely untrue. u could have just come out of

Venerdì 26/11/21 nel pomeriggio ricevo un messaggio (in spagnolo) da questa Marielle, che mi dice che gli appuntamenti non ci sono più e che avrei dovuto presentarmi in agenzia lunedì dalle 13:00 in avanti perché “hanno molte case e per vedere cosa sto cercando”. Se aprovechan de la gente mayor o con sus capacidades mermadas. No dan la cara ni devuelven las llamadas. No respetan la elección del vendedor si no se llevan el máximo beneficio para ellos. No permiten estar presente en las negociaciones aunque ambas partes lo deseen. Actúan como si las casas fueran de ellos y no del propietario, decidiendo sin consultar. ... Y un sin fin de malas praxis. Nada recomendable. Feliz día!

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad. Quedamos para una visita virtual de una casa en Lanzarote un viernes por la mañana y no aparecieron. Estuvimos sin saber nada hasta la semana siguiente, cuando nos anunciaron que ya estaba pre-reservada. Nos quedamos en lista, teóricamente los siguientes en lista. Al cabo de muchos días sin respuestas a nuestras preguntas, nos dice que hay la posibilidad de verla esa misma tarde. Nos vuelven a plantar y nos vuelven a decir que ya la han reservado. Una vergüenza!!!

Negative experience: Falta de ética profesional. Concertamos una cita con la comercial para ver una casa. Tuve que hacer ajustes en los horarios de mi trabajo para que al final nos dejase plantados ¿? No apareció nadie, ni si quiera una llamada, vamos lo nunca visto. Esto también le debería de preocupar al propietario/a que contrata los servicios.

Negative experience: El trato es agradable pero no serio, dos días me han dicho para firmar contrato de alquiler, incluído un día mi propio transporte y sigo esperándolo, yo sí he dado los 750€ que se llevan ellos...espero poder rectificar esta opinión de aqui a final de operación.
