Ook bij de notaris is alles heel vlot verlopen. Alles wordt prima door haar vertaald vanuit het Spaans. Een echte aanrader.

Fantastic experience: Uitstekende begeleiding bij de aankoop en inrichting van ons huis in Puerto de Santiago. Connie heeft ons fantastisch goed geholpen. Eerst om ons huis te vinden dat onze verwachtingen vervulde voor ons budget, dan om alle hordes van het aankoop proces te nemen, voor elk probleem had ze ook de oplossing. De aanvraag voor onze NIE, en de registratie voor de elektriciteit en het water en de gemeente deed Visaverde ook voor ons. Ook na de aankoop bleven we verzorgd met dezelfde vriendelijke, eerlijke en professionele begeleiding voor het afronden van de papierwinkel en de inrichting van ons huis. Hun renovatie team heeft vakkundig de installaties en schilderwerken uitgevoerd, en we kregen goede aanbevelingen voor de aankoop van meubels, gordijnen, en de andere spullen. Gedurende de hele inrichting werden we voortdurend verzorgd met tientallen foto`s die de vooruitgang van de inrichting goed lieten zien, wat erg geruststellend is als je meer dan 3000 km ver weg bent. Zonder de ondersteuning van Visaverde en hun team was ons huis zeker niet zo snel en niet zo goed klaar. Wij kunnen Visaverde met overtuiging aanbevelen aan iedereen die in Tenerife een huis of appartement wil kopen. De 5 sterren zijn wel verdiend.

Van het bezichtigen tot de aankoop tot alle andere administratie achteraf, alles is steeds duidelijk naar ons gecommuniceerd. We krijgen soms van mensen die met een aankoop bezig zijn vragen rond betaling aankoop, verzekeringen, internet etc etc . Héél veel dingen waarop we telkens antwoorden: "Dat heeft onze makelaar geregeld :-)".

Fantastic experience: Hej, pragnęlibyśmy serdecznie podziękować firmie Visaverde CS S.L. za pośrednictwo, a właściwie daleko idącą pomoc i niezwyczajne zaangażowanie w zakupie wymarzonego mieszkania na Tenryfie (San Eugenio). To nasza pierwsza transakcja zagraniczna tego typu, ale …zdecydowanie najprzyjemniejsza. Pomijamy już walory użytkowe czy estetyczne, bo mieszkanie bardzo nam się podoba. Po prostu cała akcja zakupu mieszkania przeprowadzona przez Panią Emilię Kozioł – Maleszewską to majstersztyk. Słowa „akcja” używam nieprzypadkowo ponieważ zakupu dokonaliśmy w 2020 roku, w czasie apogeum pandemii koronawirusa, pod licznymi obostrzeniami, natomiast transakcja wydawała nam się naznaczona ogromną niepewnością w związku ze stale zmieniającymi się warunkami przelotów na wyspę. Dzisiaj już wiem, że całą sprawę mogliśmy załatwić zdalnie bo Pani Emilia jest …aniołem. Wówczas dopiero się poznawaliśmy. Pani Emila sprzedała nam mieszkanie zgodnie ze specyfikacją, ale załatwiła za nas również sprawy związane z nadaniem nr NI, założeniem rachunku bankowego, weryfikacją umowy notarialnej, statusu właścicielskiego i prawnego nieruchomości, kwestią zabezpieczenia płatności podatków (również po stronie zbywcy!) i ubezpieczeniem mieszkania. Jej życzliwe wskazówki pozwoliły nam mieszkanie doposażyć i liftingować. Operacja zaplanowana została precyzyjnie, rozpisana na godziny i minuty. To wszystko nie dziwi jeśli zna się Panią Emilię, trzeba jednak zdawać sobie sprawę, że przyszło jej działać w środowisku, które określa się zwrotem „mańana” . Musiała się skutecznie przez nie przebić Reasumując, polecamy gorąco firmę i pracę Pani Emilii. Jeśli chcecie Państwo usłyszeć więcej przez telefon – upoważniliśmy Panią Emilię do przekazywania naszych nr. telefonów.

Hierbij werden kosten nog moeite gespaard om onze zoektocht volgens onze verwachtingen en eisen tot een goed einde te brengen. Ook alle administratie zaken en verplichtingen werden door Isabelle perfect aan ons uitgelegd en ook hierin een perfecte begeleiding. Visaverde zeker een aanrader en een dikke 10/10.

Nie znając hiszpańskiego rynku nieruchomości oraz procedur zakupu nawiązaliśmy kontakt z Panią Emilia Kozioł z Agencji nieruchomości Visaverde CS S.L. z pomocą której udało nam się spełnić nasze marzenie o zakupie mieszkania (Costa Adeje). Trzy słowa jakimi można określić Panią Emilię to: zaangażowanie, dyspozycyjność, profesjonalizm. Była to nasza pierwsza transakcja zakupu nieruchomości za granicą, w języku którego zupełnie nie znamy. Mieliśmy duże obawy, czy transakcja będzie dla nas bezpieczna, nie obciąży nas czasowo, oraz nie narazi nas na straty finansowe. Nasze obawy zostały skutecznie rozwiane przez Panią Emilię. Pani Emilia ujęła nas swoją uprzejmością, kulturą osobistą, życzliwością oraz cierpliwością. Pokazała nam, że kiedy korzysta się z najlepszego biura nieruchomości na wyspie obawy z zakupem nieruchomości są nieuzasadnione.
