Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife experienced excellent service while buying a property on Tenerife through the agency Elba invest. They have expert agents who speak many language so there is no communication barrier and important documents related to the sale are translated and explained. I would highly recommend them for their skills and connections to assist you and make the process enjoyable. We specifically were assisted by Alin as our main Agent and also by Alex for viewings and signing at the notary. We are very grateful for Alin and Alex and all of the Team at Elba who work with a great and friendly team spirit. Our purchase was also made possible by the Santander bank which is located less than a 2min walk from the Elba office. Elba not only ensured we had the right connections at the bank but also that we had a superb notary to close the purchase.
