Fantastic experience: A very serious agency

Fantastic experience: In addition to being a real estate agency, they also have a tourist sector. I have traveled with them twice from the mainland for work, and I booked directly on their website. They are absolutely very kind and very helpful. Various apartments in different locations in the south of Tenerife, competitive prices, and absolutely wonderful direct contact with the customer.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY. After staying with them through Airbnb, they demanded payment for a mattress worth 500 euros, claiming I had damaged it. However, when I presented all the necessary evidence (conversations, photographs of the condition of the bed, etc.), it was proven that I was not responsible, and they ultimately formally withdrew their refund request. If I hadn't provided this evidence, they might have forced me to cover damage I didn’t cause. This experience highlights dishonest management. Users, beware!

Fantastic experience: We rented an accommodation for a week and everything was simply perfect. The apartment matched the pictures exactly and the contact was extremely friendly. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and much more. The apartment was equipped with some security features: - Grills on all windows and doors on the ground floor. - Security entrance door with multiple locking cylinders. - Alarm system. - Safe in the bedroom. The generous furnishing made us feel very secure, and we didn't have to worry about burglary. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet enough to sleep with. The furnishing of the apartment was very perfectionist and thoughtful; for example, there were doorstops everywhere to protect the furniture and walls.

Negative experience: Detrimental service. I strongly advise against it.

Fantastic experience: Purchased a property with Borza Real Estate Tenerife. Martyna, the sales agent was wonderful. She negotiated an offer for me and organised getting the sale completed very quickly. I was only in a tenerife for a few days and was flying back to the UK. Met Martyna and Valentina in their offices and signed the sales agreement with the sellers present too. It was all done within days. As I wasn’t a Tenerife resident, my partner stayed on and Martyna organised getting a Spanish bank account for us and applying for, and collecting our NIE. The service received by Borza Real Estate was simply superb. I decided that I would rent the property, due to the 90 day rule for UK citizens. The property needed furnished and updated. So Valentina, with her connections and contacts, helped me choose the necessary items to equip a rental property and to do a refurbishment. Met with Antonio, who deals with the rentals at Borza Real Estate. He visited the property to give me a potential rental price.
