Negative experience: Honestly, I could give a good review for the girl who showed us the apartment, very nice and attentive. After that, the apartment process and all the documentation could be sent via WhatsApp, which is very convenient, but in the end due to external issues, my mother and I ended up without the apartment. Then they notify us via WhatsApp and tell us that in a few days we will receive the reservation for the apartment (€3,000), which happened on October 1st. We started looking at other apartments because our contract ends this Christmas and we didn’t want to be left on the street. On the 14th (two weeks later), I sent them a message saying that I needed the money because I found another apartment and we needed the money to make the reservation. They sent me a document and said they were going to claim... On the 21st (another week later), I asked them how long it would take, and they left me on read... It’s November 13th, and I’ve heard nothing from them... We’ve had to take out a loan from a bank to reserve another property because we lost the first one since we didn’t get our money back. I know for them maybe €3,000 is nothing, but we are humble and hardworking people, we really need that money. It’s been more than a month and a half waiting for them to make a transfer... They don’t realize the problems they have put us in, debts, and my elderly mother is not fit for this kind of thing... I don’t believe I will gain anything from this review, but if they happen to read it, please do your job, we only ask for what is ours, and out of necessity...

Negative experience: I bought a parking space at a golden price in the town of Enguera, and when I ask if they are not going to give me the garage door remote, they keep stalling and tell me to call a phone number that hangs up on you when you call. In short, a bunch of irresponsible people. I am going to file a complaint against these guys.

Negative experience: Unreliable people, they agreed to meet me on 07/10/2024 at 15:00 at Calle Quevedo Quintana No. 8 in Badajoz to visit the property, and they didn't show up. They made the excuse that they had to travel from Madrid to Badajoz. They called me later to give another excuse that the property has been reserved. They are just shameless. This real estate agency is not recommendable. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: They should kick out those who mistreat and those who do not, ACCORDING TO WHAT IS NOTED IN THE REVIEWS. My experience has been TERRIBLE for 5 months. People who take pleasure in bullying, harming, and playing have a name in psychology. I would not recommend this real estate agency NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. A PUBLIC DANGER WORTHY OF STUDY AND A BOOK. After 6 months, I saw another promotion and contacted them again. THEY REFUSED TO SELL IT TO ME, AND I HAD TO ASK MY BANK MANAGER FROM CAIXABANK TO HANDLE EVERYTHING, AS “THE BOSS” REFUSED TO DEAL WITH ME DIRECTLY. LIKE A BOOK. AND NOW THEY COME TO ME WITH “HAPPY SUMMER”. I REPEAT: LIKE A BOOK.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, neither seriousness nor credibility, nor shame. They scheduled an appointment to show me an apartment in the province of Toledo, and while I was on my way after an hour of travel, they told me that they didn't have the keys to the apartment and couldn't show it to me. That's it.. just that simple, meaning they're irresponsible people and lack seriousness.

They treated me very well and advised me from the very beginning, they eased all the fears I had. They even had patience since the bank took a little longer than usual. The keys worried me a bit since I only saw bad reviews about it, the only thing they haven't given me is the garage key. Negative experience: They offered an investment property on a serious portal at a competitive price and we contacted 2B. They didn't provide much information with the excuse of not having keys, but we insisted on asking for the simple note as they were asking us for an offer and a deposit in advance for the reservation. They sent it to us and we compared it with the registry and found some odd things. When we mentioned it to them, they said, 'there is already another offer submitted 20 days ago'... very strange everything, this is not a product for €100 and nobody gives away real estate.

Negative experience: NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL, they made a video call to see a property in Chilches, Castellón since we do not live near that municipality. As soon as we finished, I mentioned that I wanted to proceed with the purchase, and they passed me to the central office where they asked for all the necessary documentation to make the reservation. After repeated calls without answers and WhatsApp messages sent, waiting for a response to make the deposit for that reservation, they communicated with me after FIVE DAYS, and without being able to speak with them by phone from the first day, they told me via WhatsApp that it is no longer available, excusing themselves that there are many colleagues and that another colleague had probably gotten ahead by selling that property. I do not find it fair or correct the way of dealing with a customer, and I believe they have played with our hopes and feelings. We will file an official complaint with the Community of Madrid.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia ya son tres meses que ingresé el adelanto para comprar una casa acá en pina de Ebro Zaragoza y asta ahora que no firmamos la compra por falta de documentación de parte de esta agencia al principio te llaman y te tratan bien ahora no te cogen la llamada y si insistes te apagan el teléfono te dicen que te volverán a llamar y se olvidan no se asta cuando esperar o es que ya perdí el adelanto que le ingresé no se qué hacer ni a quien llamar tengo miedo que se hagan a los locos y se hagan a los decentemdidos

Negative experience: Impresentables, ya he leído más reseñas con el tema de las llaves y lo suscribo totalmente. No compensa los dolores de cabeza para conseguir las llaves que no entregan a la firma de las escrituras. Te dan llaves que no sirven y el resto, mando del garaje, etc búscate la vida

Negative experience: Si pudiese poner cero estrellas las pondría! Vergonzosa la atención y todo en general, cuando estás en pleno procedimiento con bancos etc para la hipoteca no dejan de agobiarte y llamarte para que te des prisa, mi casa tenia una deuda y 10 días antes de la firma del notario me dicen que lo mandan al propietario y que lo pague, llegamos a la firma y no está pagado, tuvimos que retrasar la firma y la señorita Sandra (por decirla de alguna manera) mediante amenazas y coacciones casi obligándome a firmar... El día de la firma ellas ni aparecen dejan un sobre con 3 llaves y ya te apañas. No recomiendo nada a esta gente y menos a Sandra ya que muy maja al principio pero cuando vienen los problemas ahí ya... Y si no te apaga el teléfono no vas mal! Impresentables, mal educadas, pasotismo total y las visitas... 20 minutos y ni un segundo más! En fin si podéis evitar a esta gente os lo aconsejo

Negative experience: Poco profesionales, solo les importa la firma ni certificado de deuda, ni llaves, ni anular la alarma cuando el piso ya es tuyo. Una vez que has firmado olvídate de ellos, ni te contestan al teléfono . Su trabajo es completamente nulo.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, compré un piso, y no me informaron de lo mas minimo que tenia el piso, me dijeron que todo estaba bien y la calidad es horrible, goteras, grietas, cucarachas..., y para colmo no me dieron ni el boletin de la luz ni la cedula de habitabilidad, contacto con ellos para que me lo entreguen pues es algo que tienen que dar y entre risas me dicen que no, que me busque la vida y contrate un electricista para que me haga el Boletín y lo pague yo de mi dinero, que ellos no se hacen responsables, una atencion nefasta, tengo claro que nunca volveré a comprar con ellos. Eso si para ir al notario a firmar super interesados, todos los dias me llamaban dos veces para saber cuando iba a ir al notario, eso les corria mucha prisa. Sigo esperando el boletin, la cedula y las disculpas por sus comentarios y explicaciones pertinentes por parte de Sandra.

Negative experience: Podría dar menos puntuación si fuese posible. Son unos sin vergüenzas ladrones.... No cumplen con su palabra no entregan las llaves de los garajes etc.... Una vez firmado en notaría se olvidan que eres su cliente.... COMPRE MI PISO EN VISO DE SAN JUAN CON ELLOS Y NO SON NADA PROFESIONALES

Negative experience: Que hasta lo más mínimo os lo den por escrito, una vez hacéis la compra no te dan ni las llaves (en mi caso no me dieron ni la de El garaje ni la del trastero y la de la casa no abría por que no era de mi cerradura). La responsable es muy simpática hasta q la reclamas lo q es tuyo y ya de simpática nada una una verdadera desagradable. Una pena la verdad. Así que si compras con ellos llevate un cerrajero.... Por cierto que nunca te pagan.

Negative experience: No cumplen con su palabra. Utilizan cualquier argumento para llegar a cerrar la venta y después desaparecen. En mi caso se comprometieron a darles el documento de pago de una deuda de la comunidad al antiguo propietario. Lo hicieron delante del notario y dos años después no han echo nada a pesar de nuestra insistencia. En manos de abogados todo. Me arrepiento de darles clientes al recomendarles en su momento.

Negative experience: No entiendo como Criteria Caixa confía en esta gente para vender sus pisos. Quise comprar uno y el día antes de la firma del contrato me querían incrementar el precio (era poco) pero al final no lo compre, me ha hecho pedir 3 cheques nos ha hecho ir a ver el piso y no han traído las llaves, los comerciales dicen una cosa y la Coordinadora otra. Vamos que tienen un descontrol brutal . Pero al final se lo tengo que agradecer porque encontré algo mejor y más barato y sobretodo he pagado lo que desde un principio se acordó.

Negative experience: Muy descontentos con ellos. El día antes de la firma me llaman y cancelan la quedada con el notario para poder firmar la compra. Llamadas tras llamadas y nadie contesta, solo te llaman cuando necesitan algo si no ni responden. Muy descontento, no lo recomiendo a nadie Después de quedar 3 veces para el notario al final firmamos gracias al notario, ya que su apoderado puso 50.000 excusas para cobrar el chequey encima para sus empleadas "sus apoderados no valen para nada" dicho con esas palabras por sus empleadas.

El día anterior confirme yo como cliente para informar que tenía que desplazarme 250km) No se presentó ningún agente y estuve esperando 1 hora , no me contestaban al teléfono y mande un correo, al cual me contestaron diciendo que el día anterior(cuando yo confirme) dieron una señal para la vivienda que tenía la cita . A día de hoy sigue el anuncio de la vivienda sin vender

Problemas para conseguir las llaves de mi trastero garaje buzón..... el garaje un mes después sigo sin poder acceder gracias a esta empresa.. NO RECOMIENDO LA COMPRA NI EL ALQUILER CON ESTÁ GENTE!!!!
