Negative experience: We went to inquire about an apartment that was for rent, and as soon as we entered with my daughter, we were told that they rent apartments but not to families with children, so it seems that you can't even have a child to rent an apartment... at this rate, I don't know what will become of people... I think these requirements from this real estate agency are very unfair.

Negative experience: I had faith in them after seeing the reviews, but I went one day at 19:50 and everything was ready to close when they close at 20:00. The girl very kindly mentioned that she had something personal, OK maybe I was going for a million-euro sale and she didn’t pick up the phone, but I understand, it’s not a big deal. I went another day in the morning and I was attended to very correctly, but what I wanted (for them to sell me one thing and at the same time rent the apartment by rooms at 300 euros each) in an apartment next to the agency, well they said they didn’t handle that and I would have to mention it to their boss and he would call me.... it’s been more than a week and my phone hasn’t rung, which I deduce means they are not interested in showing an apartment just a block away to possibly earn 300 euros in commission, and 4 rooms would be 1200 euros. I suppose that renting for 700 in Pinto is more beneficial for them with all the back and forth.... but not even a call to say so, come on.... they even said quickly in the response but we are now halfway through the month and now they confirm that if I want to sell, yes.... well, that’s a bad start and that’s not nice when you leave your house. Remember that there are 2 people, both with sick family members? Well, not even this response for selling it..... obviously, I will count on others, as the first day is understandable, and then you go and they don’t rent rooms in an apartment 2 blocks away also makes sense since the month is 300, that’s a terrible commission, but it was also a window and they won’t even call me, I repeat, in 10 days to be exact, so everyone can have their opinion.

Negative experience: Desgraciadamente una muy mala experiencia. La primera impresión fue muy buena pero nos llevamos una gran decepción. Se tomó demasiado en serio la exclusividad de venta, porque en la compra de una vivienda hablé con el propietario y llegamos a unas buenas condiciones, ella decidió venderla con esas condiciones a otro cliente en cuestión de horas. Me enteré de ésto porque yo me puse en contacto,no se dignaron ni a informarme de la situación desde las 11 de la mañana que ocurrió hasta las 19 de la tarde que fui yo la que contacte con ellos. Es más complejo el tema pero en resumen,una vergüenza de servicio.
