Mainly because my husband and I have been trying for days to get the minutes of the building where we own an apartment, where there are 4 neighbors, with no results. Furthermore, the meetings of this community have to be held in the building, which I have never seen in my life.

Positive experience: Managing a homeowners' association is a risky profession. Our experience with them is correct. 100 neighbors, 100 headaches. If I can criticize them for anything, it's that in the neighborhood meetings, which is something that extends to other companies as well, the hand-raising voting is cheating. They should always conduct votes by nomination to avoid potential fraud like double voting from one household. On the other hand, and I recognize it's complicated, when something is voted on, it shouldn't be rephrased or voted on again... that's a malpractice. Regarding the issue of delinquents in our community, to this day, they have done a good job and have drastically reduced them. That's a point in their favor.

Negative experience: Honestly, I had never seen such a lack of professionalism and zero management skills. And let's not talk about customer service, it is terrible.

Negative experience: Good price offers to attract the administration, but when renewing, there are spectacular increases. If you need to request a certificate of being up to date with community payments, they charge €30 + VAT, despite performing the secretarial function included in the services; this is something that the other property administrators in Aranjuez I know do not charge for, they just do it. I would not recommend them.

Negative experience: Can't vote less than one star? Where to start? Either clumsy or thieves, they don't give budgets, under the excuse that the budgets are subject to intellectual property or data protection. The work done is done without supervision, and when you complain about the quality of the work, they tell you everything is fine, even if it violates regulations in a blatant way. It's a bunch of useless people who don't even know how to make the budgets clear, or maybe they don't make them clear so people don't realize that money is missing, who knows.... To top it off, you don't even know the LPH, the owners' meeting is what rules, the board of directors decides nothing. And the management of debtors you do is laughable, you don't even issue debt communications or identify debtors.
