Negative experience: Horrible experience. We called just before closing at noon to ask about a rental property and were told it was available and that the visit needed to be as soon as possible, scheduling us for that same afternoon at 5:45 PM. We organized ourselves as best we could to have the afternoon free from work and chores, not even eating as we had little time left between organizing for it and leaving (we had to take a bus to get to the property in question). And 30 minutes before the visit, while we were already heading out the door to the property, they called us to cancel the visit, claiming that they had received the documentation of another interested party and that they were going with that property. They gave us a visit literally an hour beforehand while still waiting to receive the documentation from another interested party, making us waste time and playing with our excitement. It's a shame we didn't read the reviews before contacting them, because we found out we are not the first ones to be treated this way; in fact, many of us have had the same experience. There’s a lack of responsibility, professionalism, ethics, and absolute empathy.

Negative experience: I don't even know where to start. We bought a house here, and as soon as we moved in, we had a plumbing problem, something that no one mentioned. Honestly, it was a disaster on the part of the seller and the real estate agency. Be careful with these kinds of real estate agencies. After speaking with them, the seller does not want to take responsibility, and the agent who showed us the place and handled everything says he has never worked there. They sell you something they don’t even know the condition of. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the issues the house already had. Only if it goes to lawyers. Honestly, the only thing they care about is pocketing your money. Now we will have to lift the floor from one end of the house to the other to install new plumbing, a problem that existed before we even bought it. It's money I have to spend that I don't have just to live here. From my experience, I ask you not to deceive anyone, and for those who are going to buy, hire a professional to check everything thoroughly. Thank you, Alejandro, for everything. Now my children and I will go through a tough time because of this.

Negative experience: I have been a tenant for two and a half years in an apartment in Terrassa (av Jaume I, 284, 6-2). From the first day of my stay: I find a broken sofa bed, windows through which rainwater seeps in, an ancient oven, a washing machine that malfunctions and won't close properly, old cork-wood kitchen furniture, the baseboards of the parquet peed on by the previous tenant's dog, and an armchair that was also peed on which they said they would remove but didn't... During my stay, due to the poor quality of the kitchen furniture, one of the cabinet doors fell on my head, the light blew out about three times, and I had to insist for ONE AND A HALF YEARS for them to come change the boiler, which was very old and malfunctioned from the start, having to use multiple tricks to get hot water. I have always complied as a tenant with payments, respect for the community, communication with the real estate agency, weekly cleaning by a service, and order, fundamentally while working as a doctor in the ICU of the hospital, so I did not excessively use the kitchen. On the day I returned the keys, after a thorough cleaning the day before, the real estate agency staff frivolously entered what was my home for two and a half years and condescendingly said the kitchen was dirty (it obviously wasn't after the deep cleaning), that there was dust on the facade window of the building (?), and that there was some dust under the bed, which was unintentional and could have been removed with a sweep; with this, they suggested deducting a considerable amount of money from my deposit. On top of that, they attempted to scam in favor of the owner by delaying the change of ownership of additional expenses, which creates an even bigger problem for me trying to contact them and the corresponding companies. They have no sense of shame; they rob money with their own interests and that of the owner, showing no respect for the people who rent. The truth is that this very bad experience with them has made me not want to hear anything about real estate agencies anymore. I am still waiting for the deposit refund.

Negative experience: I traveled from Madrid to see an apartment in Terrassa and although I was the first to visit it and show interest, they did not prioritize my request despite meeting the requirements. Their version is that they didn’t know I was traveling from so far away and that if they had known, they wouldn’t have scheduled the appointment to avoid wasting my time. Very unprofessional, I wasted time and money.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE, 5 out of 3 words are lies. Misleading advertising and liars, they post pictures of properties and descriptions and then you call and it's another story. We asked about a chalet with an included adjacent plot, all described in the ad and with pictures, and what was a 280k€ chalet is now 530k€ and what was a chalet with a cadastral number is actually 3 'separate plots' even though there's only one cadastral entry. I commented that this is not what the ad indicates and it turns out that 'I don't understand, I'm getting confused'. Besides, my wife called to inquire about a chalet and the salesperson is 'not there'... I call right away to schedule an appointment and 'the salesperson' suddenly appears as if by magic... liars both in the ads and on the phone. Responding to your reply: You only have to look at the pictures of the ad, read the description in detail, and do not label me as ignorant or not understanding the technicalities or bureaucracy of the buying and selling market since I have properties in my name and I have relatives who are professionally dedicated to it. When we asked you how you are selling the chalet with cadastral number 7707038DG1070B0001PO in three parts, you could not answer. (It cannot be sold if there is no segregation and right now there is only one cadastral entry). And lying to my wife saying that the salesperson was not there that afternoon... and I call immediately with my phone to request an appointment and the salesperson, coincidentally, appears as if by magic is also due to 'my ignorance in real estate buying and selling'? LIARS, not to mention that the large plot is actually sold for 280k€ and the two smaller attached ones for 125€ each... and you tell me that you have a firm offer at 530€? What kind of offer is that? If that is the full value of everything? Lies everywhere.

Negative experience: If there was an option to give no stars, I would definitely mark it. Terrible experience with such unprofessional people and so little humanity and empathy. At first, they put on a good face to sell you whatever you need, but the little professionalism speaks for itself.

Negative experience: Amb molt de compte amb aquesta inmobiliaria. Grans estafadors i manipuladors de persones, tenen un advocat que treballa per a ells que es del tot un aprofitat i mala persona, a part de ser el marit d'una de les seves treballadores.

Negative experience: Pésimo trato y cuestionable gestión del alquiler de las plazas de parking: no hacen contrato, no admiten domiciliación bancaria (tienes que ir cada mes a pagarles en mano y en efectivo, tampoco admiten tarjetas), ponen problemas cuando quieres dejar la plaza, el único control de pagos y plazas lo hacen a mano en una libreta (estamos en el 2022) no volveremos a repetir en esta inmobiliaria, no nos genera confianza, mala experiencia.

Negative experience: Si estas buscando una inmobiliaria seria, sigue buscando. Habíamos concertado una cita a las 09:00 y después de esperar 30 minutos no apareció nadie. Llamamos al teléfono de contacto y no dio ni tono. Una vergüenza.

Negative experience: Os dejamos otra reseña ya que no nos deja contestaros al mensaje ni poner una nueva reseña, a mi pareja Alma Arrúa. Les tenemos que informar, que nosotros no nos echamos para atrás con la compra de la vivienda por un tema de aprobación de la hipoteca ya que sí que nos aprobaron, pagamos una tasación de la propiedad que salió por un importe menor de lo que nos pedía el propietario. Tenemos información de ello ya que pagamos casi 300 euros por la misma. Así que, antes de poner esta información, debéis informaros mejor de la situación. Nos echamos para atrás porque nos llegó a tiempo la Inspección Técnica del Edificio y salía desfavorable y que se tenía que hacer obras de forma inmediata, aparte la mitad de vecinos no pagaban la comunidad y por estos motivos nosotros no quisimos la propiedad. Y nosotros conforma dicta la ley hicimos todo lo posible para llegar a un acuerdo con el propietario y no llegar a los tribunales y salir todos beneficiados, cosa que en mi opinión personal fue difícil porque teníamos a los padres del propietario en el piso de arriba. Negative experience: Buenos días, Mi opinión personal sobre fincas Llena la verdad es que un agencia inmobiliaria pésima. Fuimos a ver el piso que era para alquilar en setiembre 2020 (15 minutos) no te da para ver cómo está todo lo del piso. Una vez dentro con las llaves te das cuenta de las condiciones del piso, poca limpieza, poco cuidadoso, enchufes rotos, mala iluminación, paredes amarillas, y sinfín de cosas que no acabaría nunca de decir y menos de ver en una visita tan corta. La propiedad estaba con muebles pero si no te gustaba te encargabas tú de bajarlo. Una vez retirado los muebles.. las condiciones del piso iban a peor lleno de pelos de animal, muebles pegado con silicona a la pared. Lo reclamé lo único que me pudieron decir es que pagaron 400 euros en limpieza. Tampoco te dicen las condiciones de los suministros que tenía la propiedad hasta una vez firmado el contrato de arrendamiento (que no había agua corriente sino que había depósito de uralita y que iba por aforo m3) Tuvimos problemas con el propietario al poco tiempo de estar instalado y mientras arreglábamos el piso, recibimos un burofax de que nos teníamos que ir, nos quería echar al año de contrato. De malas formas pero nosotros pusimos soluciones rápido por una abogada. Mediante, nuestra abogada pudimos irnos con tranquilidad y una vez encontramos sitio porque tanto la finca como los familiares del propietario no te lo ponía fácil. Y por parte de la familia recibíamos comentarios que la finques Llena decía que no teníamos intención de irnos cuando era totalmente lo contrario, ya desde setiembre 2021 teníamos arras firmado de otro piso pero no es un proceso fácil conseguir un nuevo hogar y quedar en algo con la parte contraria. Teníamos nuestro derechos igual que nuestras obligaciones y mi derecho era irnos cuando yo encontrará algo. El tema de comunicación con el abogado que representaba a fincas llena o al propietario fatal, llamando varias veces para decir algo al abogado y para recibir una respuesta pasaban de ti. Por otro lado, Inma al principio siempre nos ha intentado solucionar los problemas que pertocaba pagar al propietario como era problemas de la antena, cocina y alguna reparación más. La verdad que con ella estábamos contentos. Tema liquidación para devolver la fianza no puedo decir nada negativo la persona que se encargó de ello fue muy amable tampoco tenían nada que decir porque el piso estaba IMPECABLE, recién pintado, en fin, casa nueva se le quedó al hijo del propietario. No quiero poner fotos del piso de cómo estaba porque da hasta vergüenza. En fin, espero que este comentario os haya ayudado para no ir a esta finca porque deja mucho que desear al menos en lo que respecta nuestra experiencia . Un saludo.

Negative experience: No parece una inmobiliaria sería. Te piden documentación, la envías, te dicen que esperes 2 días hasta respuesta del seguro. Llamo a los 2 días y pregunto yo, según ellos no les ha llegado la información, está en el buzón de spam según ellos (el mismo día que lo mandé llame y me dijeron que había llegado correctamente). Unos ingresos de 3500 entre 2 y aún así te dicen que no es ingreso suficiente para un piso de 800... Les mandas más información, te dicen que en 2 días sabrán algo de nuevo. A ti te han llamado? Yo aún estoy esperando. Por suerte encontré otro inmueble y todo fue sobre ruedas Espero que el futuro no sea muy positivo para esta inmobiliaria de pacotilla que no trata bien a los clientes. Gracias por nada Finques Llena. Sinvergüenzas. La atención al cliente es pésima. Gracias a la chica que nos enseñó el piso en font vella, però el resto de esta compañía no vale un centavo.. Una purga debería hacer el propietario de la inmobiliaria para tener personal sano y competente.

Fantastic experience: Grans professionals. M'han gestionat el lloguer d'un pis durant més de 10 anys i sempre han solucionat amb eficiència i celeritat qualsevol incidència. Fa poc, també es van encarregar de la venda del mateix immoble i tot perfecte. Recomanable al 100%.
