Negative experience: A terrible experience. From the very first moment, the management was chaotic and unprofessional. The contract was filled with unclear clauses and totally disproportionate fees. Recovering my deposit was an odyssey, to the point that I had to resort to a lawyer to resolve the situation. I wouldn't recommend this real estate agency to anyone. I hope they take steps so that no one else has to go through something similar.

Negative experience: I have to say that I have never encountered a company with such little professionalism. They were part of a parking community that decides to take care of the management of these properties. After 3 months with all the documentation in their hands, they called us saying that they cannot handle it, and that we should come to the office to collect all the papers. Really unbelievable, they returned them to us and were completely fine with it, and nothing happens here...

After seeing that they weren't calling, I called again and was attended by a somewhat rude girl who told me they had many calls and to wait. It has been 7 days and I am still waiting.
