Negative experience: Unfortunately, we have come out worse as we made the reservation and were supposed to sign the deposit tomorrow, but at the last moment the owner of the apartment decided not to sell. Since we did not have any signed document, it cost the owner nothing, when otherwise they would have to compensate us double the deposit. It's a shame, it's not your fault, but I believe a clause should be signed such that if a reservation is made, it should not be free for the owner to back out.

Negative experience: Trabajo nefasto y lamentable de estos señores, es una vergüenza, la ley del mínimo esfuerzo. Son incapaces de atender y escuchar un problema de un cliente, pero para cobrar su dinero en su día si fueron amables. Solo sirven para vender casas pero a la mínima que les pides algo externo pero relacionado con el tema, ni te escuchan ni hacen el esfuerzo de hacerlo.
