Negative experience: I made a reservation for an apartment. Later I discovered that the property had many defects, and when I asked if the owner would take responsibility, he no longer wanted to sell me the apartment. Since the reservation was a contract with the real estate agency and not with the owner, it is not possible to file a lawsuit to enforce the right of first refusal.
Negative experience: These people have no word, they only care about money. When they get to know you, they use psychological techniques to 'become friends with you', they tell you that you resemble their relative or that if you play a certain sport. They say whatever it takes for you to sign the contract, all lies, because if you read the document, it has nothing to do with what they explained to you. Watch out!
Good morning, Xavier, we have no record of having made any real estate interaction or any reservation with you. On the other hand, I recommend that if you don't understand a reservation document before signing it, you can take it to a lawyer. We believe you have mistaken the real estate agency. Cheers!
