Negative experience: I called on the phone to inquire about a house they have for rent in Roc Blanc, I mentioned to the girl that I would like to see it, she said okay, how many people will live there, I told her a couple and a brother, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, I mentioned that they have children and she directly told me that we won't fit and I said how not if in one room the couple fits and in the other the brother and in the third room the children who are small and will share it. Upon seeing that I was right, she said okay, how much do you earn... and all this she said already we will call you without asking for a name, etc., very dry and not very friendly.

Negative experience: Real estate agency that continues to request payment of fees from tenants; it seems they are exempt from the obligations of the new Housing Law... The agent in question asks for a sum of 'management expenses' and such, in a subtle manner, mentioning the tasks performed by the real estate agency; that is to say, the fees that have always existed. We remind you that this practice is illegal, as according to the new Law 12/2023, of May 24, regarding the right to housing, in force since May 26, indicates that 'the expenses of real estate management and those for contract formalization are to be borne by the landlord.' As stated above, should they continue to carry out this type of actions and request this amount, legal proceedings will be initiated to request a regularization of your wrongdoing (ordinary route).

Positive experience: Everyone publishes what they want, but the apartment did not have the measurements they stated, we were disappointed. For the salesperson, everything was correct, but for us, the truth is no.

Negative experience: I don't give a 0 because there isn't one, but they are very unprofessional, especially the salesperson Lenroy who showed up for the viewing with an incredible smell of alcohol! and before we finished viewing the apartment, he was already asking us for the reservation money! He called me at 10:30 PM with two small children, we submitted everything, and it turns out they rented it to others after giving us the OK on everything and handing in papers, and since they say I'm not a client, here I leave a photo again, very very very bad professionals to play like this with people! I assure you I will flood the internet so that people see what kind of individuals you are! And I repeat, the salesperson is very unprofessional! and I am not the only one who has had these problems from what I have been able to read!

Negative experience: My surprise upon entering and reading reviews with the same complaints as mine. They keep trying to charge agency fees. They mentioned it to us with three different names: 'Charge for the remaining two weeks of the month plus % for the real estate agency', 'reservation' which they did not refund, and 'management fees independent of those charged to the owner'. All referring to the same payment and same amount. I assume that since they have already had problems with this, they don’t know what to say to sneak it in. When I realized this, I decided to call the real estate agent to tell them that I would first speak with my manager because this payment didn't make sense to me, and their response was, amidst shouting, that their managers are me and that I don’t have to talk to anyone. In addition to the peculiar comment, when I told them that this payment with the new housing law was not legal, they said 'the law made, the trap made'. I also agree with other reviews about receiving WhatsApp messages at around 11:00 PM and the smell of alcohol from the real estate agent on the day of the visit...

Negative experience: My experience was terrible, visited by the salesperson, who showed up with an impressive smell of alcohol, calling at 11 PM, very very annoying, and hardly said anything. They say yes, and when you have everything ready, they tell you that it has been given to other people! Honestly, they are very interested in having your money but very little in professionalism. I do not recommend it at all, especially not the salesperson! And they say that I am not listed as a client? Hahahaha, do you want photo proof? Salesperson Lenroy? A terrible professional, with all the paperwork already done, and they left us out in the street, delivering EVERYTHING! So stop lying and saying that we aren’t clients because I have proof with all the paperwork! And as I have seen, it is not the first time you have done what you did to us, and I plan to flood the internet with the kind of professionals you are! You leave much to be desired! Here you have the photo that proves everything was in process! And you left us hanging, without any shame! And I repeat, the salesperson was very very very unprofessional, calling at 10:30 PM and 11 PM with small children, and showing up for the visit with an impressive smell of alcohol and just asking for the deposit money even before finishing viewing the apartment. A total disappointment!

Hice una reserva de un piso con ellos, a través del Sr. Lenroy, haciéndoles la trasferencia por el importe que me indicaron y todo con sus condiciones, si negociar el precio publicado ni un céntimo. Les debió parecer que lo vendían demasiado bajo y me comentaron al día siguiente que si pagaría más.... Que a lo mejor la dueña quería subir el precio.... Pero lo que lo teníaan que hablar con ella. Algo muy poco profesional, cuando se supone que la.parte vendedora les ha firmado un encargo de venta..... En fin, que unilateralmente me devolvieron la transferencia, y me dijeron que ya me dirían algo..... Y ni siquiera fue así. La verdad es que es una lástima
