Scamming humble people is just being shameless! Scammers... Negative experience: I didn't want to come and leave comments, but I'm already tired. Although based on what I've seen, these things happen to a lot of people. Their responses are always pretty terrible; the blame is always on the customers. Almost two years ago, I rented a house with them, everything was great, especially since they were clients of the place where I worked at that time. When there is money to be made, everything is well and good. After almost two years living there, I decided to go abroad to work for a few months (in the meantime, my mom, who is my guarantor, continued paying the rent for when I returned). In the end, I decided not to come back, so I informed them a month in advance that I was going to leave the property and that they could take the deposit to cover that month, but they got very upset about that and started with a thousand excuses. To speed things up, we agreed to leave at the beginning of the month, and they would charge for those days and return the rest. They had objections from the start regarding returning the deposit; the utilities were paid, and I left two new nightstands I bought at IKEA because the ones there were broken. I want to point out that the house was left in perfect condition; all they needed to do was cover four holes from the televisions in the upstairs rooms. I literally didn’t do it because I wasn’t in the country, but I will attach the video at the end of how the house turned out, if I can. Still, they insisted that we had to paint the house because it was written in the contract, which is full of abusive clauses. The house has damp issues on the ground floor; I clarify that the damp already existed before I moved in, and therefore after two years, it’s a damp problem that doesn’t get fixed just by painting; obviously, it needs another coat of paint annually. The thing is that in a storage room of the house, there were paints in the colors of the living room, but they insisted on charging me from my deposit. According to the law, painting the house is the owner’s responsibility, but anyway. According to Gregorio, the owner is very angry with us for leaving the property (it’s like now one has to live under obligation until they want to throw you out). The case is that she treated my mother very poorly every time they spoke. They wanted me to switch to the first company they had, which was much more expensive. I was in the middle of the process and decided against it, telling them to leave it as it was. They still haven’t told me if they changed the water and electricity supplies from my name, and I could go on with a thousand things. In the end, they want to return €30 of €600, money that they haven’t returned even after more than a month. I will attach a photo of the receipt of my deposit. I am asking them to send me the invoice for the paint they supposedly bought; according to them, it costs €350, it must be gold paint because they haven’t sent me the invoice either. They might be looking for some people or trying to create a false invoice to justify that money, and I have the right to see the original invoice because it is my money with which they are 'buying.' They also do not respond to my emails or WhatsApp messages, so everything is very, very bad. I will never sign anything with them again, so be careful with the abusive clauses in contracts, and better yet, when you leave, do not pay the last month, no matter what they say; you will never see that money again. Or maybe one should just stay illegally without paying them for 5 or 6 years because people like that deserve to be treated that way. Well, know that I am going to file the appropriate complaints at the consumer office to see if they stop playing with people's money. Maybe they will even get fined, who knows. I can't upload the videos of how the house turned out, but I have them along with all the emails and WhatsApp messages I've sent without a response.
Fantastic experience: After 3 years of renting, I must acknowledge that I have never had any problems. Once the contract was terminated, there was no issue with the return of the deposit. I honestly recommend this agency.

Negative experience: Very poor telephone service. I was interested in a property, and they attended to me in a cold manner with very little professionalism. I wouldn't leave one of my properties in their hands.

They not only judge others by their appearance, but even when you show them that you have the money they ask for, they may even demand more because they don't like you, and then they tell you no with cheap excuses. In short, they are xenophobic and racist. They will have a complaint filed with consumer protection, especially against their employees. No figura usted como cliente de nuestra agencia. Nosotros NUNCA somos depositarios de Fianzas. Si la vivienda se entrega en buen estado, la fianza se devuelve, si la vivienda queda sucia y mal pintada, el propietario (y no nosotros) descuentan los gastos de limpieza, pintura o lo que corresponda. Lo hacen porque es lo acordado por contrato. En cualquier caso, usted no es cliente nuestro.

I mentioned that the three of us who will live there meet that requirement and that I am also a public servant. Negative experience: Me puse en contacto con uno de los comerciales por un anuncio en Idealista, ese mismo día me indica que me confirma día y hora de visita, pasada una semana sin respuesta por su parte y tras enviarle varios whatsapp a los cuales no me respondían, llamo y me comenta que ni siquiera me puede dar día de visita, en fin. Pésima atención y trato.

Negative experience: Sin duda la peor inmobiliaria que he visto en mi vida. PÉSIMO servicio y CERO profesionalidad. A su vez, pongo en conocimiento la mala educación y faltas de respeto por parte de la trabajadora de la inmobiliaria. Esta persona carece de la profesionalidad requerida en el sector. También pongo en conocimiento la cantidad de llamadas que tuve que realizar para obtener la copia de mi contrato, teniendo que desplazarme personalmente para conseguirlo ya que la empleada me daba evasivas continuamente. Solo quieren dinero y se olvidan del trato humano. No recomendable.
Buenas tardes. Le recuerdo que usted firmo un contrato de arrendamiento al que renunció el día siguiente. Utilizó la plaza de garaje durante 30 días y además se le devolvió la fianza.Creo que fuimos absolutamente honestos y profesionales sin tener en cuenta su mal tono y siendo usted la que provocó la situación de arrepentimiento sobre el arrendamiento.Incomprensible su comentario
Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que he visto en mi vida. No mandaban los recibos ni de luz ni de agua. Falta de comunicación en todo momento. A la hora de firmar el contrato cambiando cosas a ultima hora, como que derrepente eran necesarios dos fiadores para un piso de 500€ donde iban a vivir dos personas con sueldos brutos por encima de los 1000€ (inciso: solo se pudo poner una de esas dos personas en el contrato). Lo peor es a la hora de dejar el piso. Se firmo la rescisión del mismo el 9 de Marzo donde se estipula que en máximo de un mes se recibirá la fianza. Pasada esa fecha llamamos y nos encontramos que ni si quieran habían revisado esa liquidación y después de tres días llamando nos quitan de l liquidación 30€ por limpieza de una habitación que mide 2x3 metros ósea nada. Y limpieza será quitar alguna pelusa porque ese piso se pinto se arreglaron imperfecciones incluso que ya tenia se limpio a fondo el horno y duchas que estaban asquerosas a la entrada. No se fíen de esta inmobiliaria el trato es horrible y la atención parece buena pero nada que ver pura fachada todo.

Ya le pedimos disculpas, aún así se las reitero.Respecto a la limpieza de la habitación, a la hora de rescindir el contrato le comentamos que la habitación no estaba limpia. La persona que fue cobró 30 euros.... y no eran unas pelusas.Durante el tiempo que usted estuvo en la vivienda siempre hubo comunicación con la agencia, por lo q su comentario respecto a este punto no es cierto.No creo que usted haya sufrido "un trato horrible" por parte de nuestra empresa.Lamento que todas las críticas las haya volcado en este espacio cuando nunca nos transmitió queja alguna.Para ser justos le faltó decir que los 30 € de la limpieza nunca se los cobramos.Un saludo
Negative experience: Pésimo atendimiento. Ofrecen y ofrecen y solo quieren dinero nada más . Mi casó en la casa que me alquilo está empresa,roban la luz y ellos lo saben ,luego tienes un problema y la señora que te ofrece la casa de la inmobiliaria que se dedique a otra cosa ,lo único que sabe es robar. Cuando líquido el contrato un mes para devolverte la fianza y pasa ese mes y no se sabe nada y luego quieren robarte hasta con la factura de la luz. No recomendable .

Nos hemos visto en la obligación de anular un contrato de alquiler en un local, ya que el mismo día de la firma nos cambian los términos contractuales habiéndonos ya enviado el contrato por escrito! Negative experience: Intentan vender su gestión inmobiliaria, lo cual es su trabajo, pero con tal de vender olvidan cómo deben tratar a los clientes. Su servicio al cliente es deficiente y caótico. Te prometen cosas como "tienes hasta mñn para pensartelo, ya que tenemos más visitas programadas" y al final tu que estabas interesado en el piso llamas a primera hora y ya no tienes el piso que querías. Deberían replantearse su forma de trabajar, con su actitud actual hacen que sus clientes prefieran gestionar el alquiler de su piso sin intermediarios inútiles.

Negative experience: Llamas para pedir información por un piso a las 9 de la mañana. Te dicen que quien lo lleva no está, que llames al dia siguiente a las 9 de la mañana. Llamas a esa hora y te dicen que te cogen los datos pero que no vale la pena porque ya habló con gente el dia anterior. Pero no se supone que no estaba? Te hacen perder el tiempo por su ineptitud.
