Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency with illegal practices. This is what they ask for when you go to rent an apartment: 'Requirements for leasing: 1 month deposit, sourcing fees, one month rent, and non-refundable rent protection insurance, during the entire duration of the lease at the tenant's expense.' Under the 2023 housing law, agency fees are no longer paid by tenants, so it is ILLEGAL for you to continue asking for them. DO NOT BE FOOLED. The rent protection insurance for non-payment is also something that the landlord has to pay, never the tenant; they ask for it comfortably and don't care. Tired of illegal practices being maintained by real estate companies in the Canary Islands.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Lack of transparency and professionalism. There are four workers and they won’t respond unless you insist they pass it to customer service, management, ..., etc. We paid a significant amount of money to make an offer for a maximum period of one month. Weeks went by and we had no response. There was a time when they wouldn’t respond to our calls. After two more weeks, they still hadn't met with the property owners to relay the information. There were only excuses to avoid refunds and to buy time. Three months after the offer, they still didn’t know what the property owner had responded. Finally, they called us back, only to continue giving excuses and absurd pretexts to keep our money. Regrettable. A disgrace.

Negative experience: I made a reservation for a rental apartment and sent all the requested information. A few days later, they told me that the owner of the apartment had chosen someone else for the rental. I contacted them to get my reservation money back, and they told me that I would receive it in 10 business days as stated in the signed contract. It has now been more than 15 days, I insist, and I receive no response at all. Could you please tell me here what is happening with my reservation? Since they do not reply by email... I need to transfer that money for another apartment. Thank you.

Negative experience: I am still waiting to be added to their database while waiting for a rental. The person who attended me told me that I would receive an email with the data protection law and nothing at all. To this day, I do not know if I am on that list. The curious thing is that I see that the same person is making positive comments about the agency in the reviews.

Negative experience: They sell a house, I am interested two months later and they give you 0 real information, whether the offer is accepted or not and why, and on top of that, they get angry for asking every week as if I were harassing or something like that.

Negative experience: Como compradores tuvimos una pésima experiencia con ésta inmobiliaria. No tenian nì idea de cómo gestionar nuestra compra (VPO privada) y tuvimos que sacarles nosotros las castañas del fuego poniéndonos en contacto directo con los vendedores. No hacen seguimiento ninguno, hay que llamarles varía veces porqué ellos no te van a llamar, te dicen lo que quieres oír no las cosas como están, hicieron muchísimo errores en los papeles, envían comunicaciónes importantes el viernes por la tardes cuando ya no hay posibilidad de consulta. En general, malísima gestión y muy poca profesionalidad. No recomendaría ésta inmobiliaria por ninguna gestión!!!!

Negative experience: Nada recomendable, pésimo trato, nada profesionales, mala gestión. A dos días de firmar el contrato de Arras, me dicen que ya lo tenían firmado con otra persona. No son formales ni serios, dejan mucho que desear como empresa.
