If you call by phone, most of the time they don't pick up, and if you ask them in person, they tell you that they still don't have it. Negative experience: I give them one star for the poor management in scheduling and handling appointments. It turns out they work with mobile phones but don’t pick them up. After several days, they finally give me an appointment to see a house and they don’t show up... Nothing compared to the professionals at Tecnocasa La Salle. Anyway... and no apologies, as if they were afraid to take responsibility for not showing up. With this, I don't mean to say that the fault lies with the person showing the property, but with the one managing the appointment, who needs to notify the responsible area person about the visit. If that person knows nothing, it’s hardly possible to show up! I hope next time they get it right and give the appointment the first time and also manage the appointment with the responsible staff for the visit so that maybe next time there is someone waiting to show it.

Negative experience: We have undoubtedly made the right choice, we felt comfortable, informed, and advised at every step. Cristofer was efficient and resolute in handling documents, always willing to resolve our doubts at any time. I recommend them 100%. Disappointment after this review, since after the sale of the property, it is all a disaster. Once they take their share, there is no way to finish the procedures and get all the processed documentation back for the sale of that property...
