If it was supposedly available in the morning and also several different ones in the complex...... why do you offer apartments on the website.. if they are not available??? I didn't like it at all .. they are not serious at all... And I don't believe anything.

Negative experience: On September 4, 2023, I signed the sale of my property managed by Century21, Aguere, La Cuesta. As of today, April 8, 2024, I have still not received the amount from the Deposit Contract (€16,740). I have spoken on the phone with the person in charge (Javier), who has lied to me about the dates (every Friday of each week). A requirement was sent via Burofax that they have ignored as I have not received any response from anyone. Therefore, feeling deceived and scammed, I have decided to take legal action against this company, as trust placed in a real estate agency with which we entrusted the sale of our property should not be violated.

Negative experience: I am very upset and dissatisfied with this real estate agency and their employee Jessica. She handles the house located in Valverde on Camino Casas del Monte. I mentioned that I would like to make an offer and asked if she could pass it on to the owner. She said no, that she doesn’t have to because she is not interested in that offer when it is not her place to decide. I suppose it's because of the commissions they earn. I find it very wrong because in the end she does not care for the well-being of her clients but rather for herself, and that is unfair and poorly done. Ultimately, the gentleman loses a sale without even knowing it, and I lose a purchase... I called the manager of this agency, Javier, but she told me that she is self-employed and doesn’t listen to anyone. The person who answered the phone told me he was unavailable and that he would call me back during the day, but I never received his call...

Our surprise was when Ángel wrote to us after 5 days to literally tell us 'that the night before our visit (coincidence that it had been for sale for almost a year) some gentlemen saw the advertisement, looked at the land, and contacted the owners directly to agree on the sale.' The signed reservation contract and the 'supposed' exclusivity clause from Century 21 have been of no use, so guarantees with this real estate agency are rather few (we do not want to start our project with legal actions because it would spoil our enthusiasm even though it might have been the most appropriate thing to do). A huge lack of seriousness and commitment from a supposed big company that has laughed in our faces.

Supposedly she is an intermediary manager... yet all the requested tasks are made difficult (however simple they may seem), her communication is always going to be via WhatsApp audio messages ('is this typical of a professional in the sector? Or even more so, is this typical of an adult?'), whenever she is called she NEVER picks up the phone. We are very disappointed with the lack of service. In the end, the corporate image of the group that remains in the client's mind is the one offered by its professionals, and regrettably, I will never trust the Century21 group; they lack professionalism, we are very disappointed, and we don't even know what to do to get attention. We are exemplary tenants, up to date with all our payments, but do we receive this treatment?

More than three months and they couldn't find anything to sell us or buyers for our house, plus you have to do all the paperwork yourself and the commission they charge is a robbery. The worst of all real estate agencies and those who work for you. Tecno Casa handled the entire buying and selling process in a month and took care of all the paperwork. The commissions were minimal, a quarter. I only had to go to the bank and the notary to sign. They took care of the rest. If you want professionals, Tecno Casa. These are useless.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. La Cuesta, disastrous. Mary Carmen Cabrera and Catalina Mederos. They don't respond or take responsibility for anything, they are not professionals. They do not work well, they are not transparent. They put in tenants who did not pay and ignored me regarding the collection management; on top of that, they made me pay for insurance for it. They also placed tenants before giving me a copy of my house's rental contract. They tried to charge the management fee to the tenant without my consent, even after the law changed. Careful with landlords. They do nothing for you as stakeholders. They say they prepare reports for the utility titles such as electricity and water, but in the end, they do nothing and respond poorly or do not respond at all. I switched to Tecnocasa and it has been wonderful, professionals for a long time and by far better.

Fantastic experience: Un profesional. Se desvive en cada detalle y cada gestión para que arrendador y arrendatario estén felices en cada paso. Muy capacitado para tratar clientes internacionales, nacionales y, por supuesto, de la propia isla. Si piensan en mudarse a las islas Canarias es el mejor contacto que pueden tener si se encuentran imposibilitados para visitar previamente la isla. Videollamada, conferencia, visita guiada a través de la videollamada.... Todo fácil para que tomen su decisión.
