He contacted a prospective buyer who he had not spoken to in 3 years as my house had the all specific features the client had mentioned but still had not found. House sold after a long time on the market with other firms who just expected sales to come through the door without any effort from them. Best€ 500, 000 commission I have ever paid!

Negative experience: If using this company ensure you get a sign copy of the report on return and take photographic evidence to protect yourself. As on many other reviews below, the company changed their mind on the state of return AFTER saying everything was perfect when keys returned. Now a large amount of money out of pocket over a month later as no deposit returned

Negative experience: Please do not use! £4000 deposit required for villa which they have now refused to return despite agreeing villa immaculate when the keys were returned. Stay away!

Negative experience: I wouldn't even rate 1star. Very quick to take a large amount of money as a deposit and despite leaving the villa immaculate, which was confirmed on leaving, these fraudsters have kept the full deposit. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Negative experience: absaloute crooks!! Will not refund £4000 in deposit for no reason!! These are scam artists!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Negative experience: If there was an option to not give any star rating at all then that's what we would give. Paid a substantial deposit for a mediocre (at best) and overpriced villa only to not have the deposit returned. DO NOT BOOK through this company. Biggest shower of crooks in Spain. Customer Service is appalling and business ethic is non existent. The furthest thing from reputable you can imagine. Avoid at all costs holidaymakers, RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!
