Fantastic experience: We have been looking to buy in the Benalmadena area for over a year, recently returned from a month dedicated to finding a property. Eli from Viva is by far the most helpful agent we found, she only selected and took us to properties that matched what we asked for. She organised viewing days and drove us around giving lots of local info in perfect English. This is not the norm, i visited so many agents leaving written details of what i was looking for and heard nothing, i viewed properties with around 10 other agents and not one of them followed up, or tried to find us anything suitable. Viva and Eli kept in regular touch send me new properties as them came up every few days, we found our perfect location and property, planning to move in March. Have no hesitation in recommending Viva

Negative experience: Untrustworthy company! We had the worst experience with yourviva / Jorg Dombrowe. They tried to sell the apartment to another person because they offered more while we already had a signed deal. Also they make promises they don't keep just to make the sale. Warning! Stay away from Jorg Dombrowe, he lies, is impolite /just plain rude and he can't be trusted. He made our purchase a hell!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service. Eli was superb and worked incredibly hard to find the perfect property, especially as our brief was particularly demanding. Even after a failed attempt to purchase the initial property due to a very frustrating vendor she pulled out all of the stops to find an alternative, which was far from easy. Highly recommended and well worth contacting if you are seriously looking to purchase property in Spain.

Negative experience: Nefasta¡¡ Cobran por ir hacer 5 fotos a la vivienda q quieres vender no.informa de gestion ni nada me cobraron por hacer esto y jamas lo enseñaron es la peor inmobiliaria que he estado, les sugiero cualquier otra de la zona que te hacen las gestiones y cobran cuando. hacen la compra/venta no está inmobiliaria que cobra x adelantado sin hacer nada. Me siento totalmente engañada ¡¡
