Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency, my experience has been horrible, a nightmare. After not helping me at all in the mortgage management, not informing me of anything, having to call them every so often to learn something, I had to move myself to get the mortgage, and after I got it, I was left without the apartment I had secured due to their poor management and lack of information about each step. They have not moved at all; they are irresponsible and do not realize that they are playing with the dreams of families. They are only interested in easy money and easy management. Thanks to you, especially Héctor, for helping me so much with the management... If you treat everyone like this, hats off to you. I hope you realize the poor management you have done with us so that you don’t do it to future buyers and learn from your mistakes. Overall, here is my experience, which has not been good with this real estate agency.

Negative experience: We were attended by Ramiro, a young, polite, pleasant guy with very correct service. But they only want to sell houses at any cost, they do not respect what was agreed, they negotiate different conditions between the parties in order to secure their sale, THEY are not serious, THEY are not formal, THEY are not trustworthy. You realize this at the last moment, at the notary, where all the agreements between the parties are revealed without being consented to by the seller and buyer. This is not a company that deserves the trust to sell or buy your house.

Negative experience: Unprofessional agency, I requested an appointment last Friday to visit an apartment, and a sales representative named Milagros confirmed the visit time. Suddenly, she sent me a WhatsApp 45 minutes before the scheduled visit to cancel it, stating that she cancels it and will call me later. They are very unprofessional people, liars, and especially rude because they have no respect for their clients. If a visit is canceled, the correct thing to do would be to notify the person at least 2 hours in advance since everyone's time is valuable, and we all have things to do.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AT ALL. My wife and I negotiated for a rental of an apartment on Oviedo street. Upon seeing the apartment, we liked the location and the apartment itself. However, there were some things we didn't like about the apartment, and I asked the salesperson named Miguel if we could remove what we didn't want, and he said yes. After signing and paying, everything changed, including Miguel's attitude, becoming evasive, uninterested, and downright rude. When I made a complaint, he told me they would refund my money and that I should leave after 12 days in the home. Furthermore, they cut off our electricity service for 60 hours after 12 days living in the property, and they have also cut off the gas, which has been out for 2 weeks due to the POOR MANAGEMENT BY THE 365 REAL ESTATE AGENCY OF LEGANÉS. THIS IS THE DATE WHEN THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THAT PERTAINS TO THEM AS MANAGERS OF A PROPERTY. They only care about having a good review and collecting their money, but they do not take responsibility for the basic services such as water, electricity, and gas that they offer within the negotiation. THEY ARE FALSE AND BAD MANAGERS. I FEEL SCAMMED, TRULY SCAMMED. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY IS THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN AVAILABLE, BUT THE AGENCY DOESN'T EVEN SHOW UP WITH A MESSAGE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL; THEY ARE A FRAUD.
