Negative experience: I saw a newly published housing advertisement from this real estate agency on a platform. I called to express my interest, but casually they had taken it down and were going to negotiate with the tenant if they were still selling it. The explanation sounded like a total lie to me, not the context but the way... SRS. I was born at night and not last night. They should fool someone else; speculation should be banned. This is how we end up in Spain (a country of panpipes) with 'professionals' like them. It's better that I only had this experience because judging by what I've seen, the outcome wouldn’t have been good. Not recommendable.

Negative experience: Bad sellers. They manage a property that is not theirs as they please. They lower the price of the apartment at their whim even though the owner has told them not to reduce it. Lazy, they show no interest and do not function well at all. I do not recommend this real estate agency. They only work for their own benefit. Be very careful with them. I have to give them one star because otherwise, I cannot make the post.

Negative experience: Bad experience with Margarita, the name fits perfectly as it seemed that instead of giving us an appointment, she was picking petals from a flower. Showing us a property was a constant hassle, now yes, now no, now yes, etc.... It felt like we were being taken for a ride. We informed her of the exact date, which was postponed five days due to her poor management and lack of coordination with the owners, and on the day we were supposed to make the visit, she communicated that the property was no longer available via whatsapp!! This is the height of laziness, Margarita, terrible but terrible, zero in management, zero in communication, and of course another zero in efficiency. I don't even know how some agencies survive...

Fantastic experience: Quiero dejar por escrito mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. Después de mirar varios pisos y tener una experiencia mala con otra inmobiliaria, me vine un poco abajo en buscar piso, pero todo paso un sábado cuando mi marido vio un piso que se nos ajustaba a nuestro presupuesto y zona. Dejamos un wassap y el lunes por la mañana se puso Fernando en contacto con nosotros para ver el piso nos encantó y a partir de ahí es que fue todo rodado un asesoramiento excelente, un contacto diario para cualquier duda y nunca te deja solo te acompaña hasta el último trámite de entrega de llaves. La ilusión de compra de tu primera casa te lo facilita y no te la quita nunca. Siempre estaré agradecida a Fernando por su profesialidad y seriedad en su trabajo.

Negative experience: Le daría menos una estrella, nada de profesionalidad una pena, tener cuidado con lo que os dicen y lo que os dan a firmar, porque será todo lo contrario, encima como comprador te cobran una comisión desorbitada y encima te intentan engañar, así es como me siento.
