Negative experience: They say they will call you and they never do. Very poor treatment. They are not responsible.

Negative experience: They seem very unprofessional to me. I have been calling for a week to schedule a visit and request information about a property, and all they tell me is that they will call me back, that it's another colleague who is handling it. I have already called three times and I have not been called back nor have I received any information about it.

Negative experience: I have had different problems with this real estate agency and the purchase of my house. I was looking for a house with an included pool. When I visited the house, the real estate agent told me that it was included, and after signing the papers at the agency to make a firm offer, it turns out that the pool is not included, and I have to pay an extra (but they will fix it... meaning I had to pay an additional €3,800, and it continues). Now, three months later, hidden damages have appeared in the roof that have caused leaks in my house (which the agency has ignored), and to make matters worse, this morning I found out that they did not manage the ownership changes for the basic services (electricity, gas, and water), and today my family and I woke up without water because our supply was cut off as the name change was not made by the agency. In short, they are a disaster both organizationally and operationally. They have turned the excitement of buying a house for me and my family into a nightmare that I don’t know when it will end. They live up to their name and use any tactic to sell you anything at any price, but as they said back then (Timeo Danaos et dona ferentes). DO NOT TRUST.

Fantastic experience: I made the payment of €3,500 and the rest, as you mentioned, would be delivered in person. You wanted to take this money from me when the deeds of the apartment were signed. At all times, I maintained a relationship with the owner and everything you said was incorrect; the owner never pressured me. You came to my workplace and insulted me in front of the Security Guard; these images are recorded. I always wanted to give you the €3,500 and you did not want it. You pressured me by telling me false news about the owner. I have all the messages from the salesperson recorded, and the images of you insulting me are still on a hard drive to show to whoever is concerned. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Negative experience with the Real Estate, they charge fees to the buyer and the seller, a fairly exhaustive amount around €5,000 and €7,000 for each of the parties. They hide information and put pressure on the buyer. They look like Frac collectors. Lacking respect and education, insults by the Trojan Commercial in my workplace.

Negative experience: Quedé hoy para ver una vivienda en Loranca (Madrid). Me desplacé desde Ciudad Real y al llegar a la vivienda el comercial de la inmobiliaria no se presentó. Tras llamarle dijo que ya habian vendido el piso. Ni una llamada ni un whatsapp ni nada para avisarme... Menudos hdp.

Negative experience: Experiencia totalmente negativa, nada recomendable. Nos dieron unas serie de condiciones para la compra de una vivienda, diciendo que las ponían los propietarios. Al estar interesados accedimos a ellas y una vez cerrada la operación y conversando con los antiguos propietarios nos dimos cuenta ambas partes, que nunca fueron claros, generando desconfianza y mucha preocupación. Falta de comunicación, para poder contactar con el comercial que llevaba la operación, tenias que llamar a la oficina y esperar a que te devolviera la llamada.

Negative experience: No lo recomiendo para nada, solo miran por los arrendatario, dicen que te van a llamar y no lo hacen y tampoco responden a las llamadas, siempre poniendo excusas, bastantes problemas con ellos. Poco profesionales. Pongo una estrella por obligación, si no, no pondria ninguna. Ojo cuidado cuando vayáis a alquilar y guardar bien todos los papeles, al final os la intentan liar.
