Negative experience: He comprado una vivienda y mi experiencia con el agente inmobiliario que me la ha tramitado, Carlos, ha sido horrorosa. Es una persona que tiene mucha labia (ventaja a su favor como comercial), pero que miente mucho y no le importa pisotear a sus propios compañeros (por una conversación que tuvieron delante mía, creo que si ell@s leen esto no les sorprenderá). El mismo día que compré el piso me vi con un marrón que me supone gastarme 25.000€. He intentado llegar a un acuerdo con él ofreciéndole que pague un "arreglo" que supondría unos 3.000€, pero tras negarse en actitud muy chulesca, ya está todo en manos de mis abogados. Incluso su superior me dió la razón, pero me dijo que el que recapacite está en las manos de Carlos. Ahora va a abrir franquicia de Tecnocasa en Jerez La Milagrosa. CUIDADO A FUTUROS COMPRADORES O VENDEDORES!!

It has been a couple of months since I made my buy-sell transaction with them and the agent who assisted my wife and me is still checking in to see if we are comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. They are all great, we are very happy.

Positive experience: I give them one star because you can't give less. I was left waiting for a call from an agent for the purchase of a house, and I was surprised to find that it was no longer available when I went back to check. They don't answer the phone, the office is closed, and I've had no response since 9 in the morning when I was waiting. I knew they were unprofessional, yet I wanted to buy from them, and it has become clear what they are. The property was listed the night before my call, meaning the ad had only been up for a few hours. It's as simple as calling the client and saying it's reserved. My calls were from 12 noon to 1:30 PM, and I passed by the office at 5 PM. Best regards.

I am from Córdoba, my daughter is going to study at Medac in Jerez, and we were already worried because we didn't know where to find an affordable rental close to the school. Negative experience: The nightmare that Tecnocasa put me through is worthy of a book. Here is the summary: Tecnocasa wanted to sell me an apartment, for which the consent of the owner's children was required, and this was discovered on the same day we were at the Notary to sign, obviously none of the children were present. It took us 9 months to resolve the issue, with lawyers involved. This happened after having already given the commission to Tecnocasa (10,000€ in total) which they had charged before closing the sale and were unwilling to return at any time. That was the greatest negligence of Tecnocasa, but not the only one: - When the bank went to appraise the apartment, the lock was broken, and the Tecnocasa agent asked me, without me being the owner of the apartment or anything, for the money to change the lock - When we were going to sign the earnest money contract, we had to be in Tecnocasa's office for a couple of hours rewriting the contract because it was poorly written - I was asked for the earnest money in cash, for that same afternoon - They did not bring the keys to the apartment to the notary on the day of the sale - They tried to convince me with their lawyers that there was a way to complete the sale of the apartment without the consent of the children (luckily, they didn't succeed) - Seeing the lack of professionalism of the agent assigned to me (Pablo), I asked the office manager (Rafael) to personally handle the sale to avoid further negligence from Pablo. Well, at the first opportunity, they had reassigned me to Pablo - The day before the sale, I realized that there was an additional child who had passed away and for whom a death certificate was needed. If I hadn't noticed, we might not have signed (again) - When I went to request the complaint form, they made me wait more than half an hour there because they didn't have it in the office. I have dealt not only with Pablo and Rafael but also with some of their other colleagues, and I can assure you that they are all a very dangerous combination of stupidity, liars, and laziness in this type of operation. To anyone who wants to buy an apartment with this agency (because they have no other choice), I can only recommend hiring a lawyer to oversee everything, and of course, not to pay their commission until the sale is closed at the notary.

Negative experience: The service was deplorable. My sister saw an apartment with them and it was a disaster all around. They started the sales process without the apartment being able to be sold due to some legal issues that Tecnocasa did not inform us about. All this happened after the commission was paid, and they practically washed their hands of it until my sister had to hire lawyers. The whole process has been a nightmare, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

It is true that it has been slightly delayed due to a series of setbacks, but we have been able to resolve it and we finally have our house. I recommend them!!

Negative experience: I bought my home through them, and I would not repeat or recommend it. On the last day of the operation, I found out that I had signed without realizing that they would charge me €6,000 for financial intermediation, something they did not explain clearly at the beginning and which I thought was the agency's commission of another €6,000 plus VAT when I signed. To summarize and for you to understand, I bought a house for €135,000 for which I paid no more and no less than €13,260 in management fees (€6,000 to Kiron (Financial Intermediary) and €7,260 to Tecnocasa (Real Estate)), which means a whopping 10% in commission fees on the value of the property. I feel completely scammed, humiliated, and disappointed. Yesterday was the signing at the notary, and what should have been a day full of excitement for me turned into a day full of sadness, anger, and pain. I understand that salespeople can be aggressive and sometimes unscrupulous professionals, but honestly, for this type of operation (a first home purchase for which you have been saving your whole life with a lot of effort and sacrifice), they could have a little humanity, as they turned what should have been one of the best days of my life into one of the worst.

Alejandro has been with us since the first day with incredible patience; he has become part of our family for life. He has endured my bad days, my delays, my forgetfulness, my lack of understanding on some issues that I was unaware of. But Alejandro always explained them to me with such patience and an everlasting smile. He was my handkerchief for tears when it wasn’t even his obligation. He had to deal with the commitment to take my things from a distance since I had to leave the country (I know this is a very long review, but for me it is very short). Alejandro, know that since we met you, you are our brother, and it remains pending that you visit us. It is said... Thank you very much for EVERYTHING.

Negative experience: SON UNOS SINVERGÜENZAS, no tienen palabra en concreto un tal Fernando , (SINVERGÜENZA TOTAL) se han aprovechado de una persona mayor , en concreto mi padre , pensionista y con una carga emocional por la enfermedad de mi madre. Una vez cerrada la venta del piso de mi padre , le dieron larga en el cambio de titular en aguas de Jerez cuando era obligación de ellos , y le seguía viniendo los recibos a mi padre y ahora la nueva propietaria no se los paga Además la comercial que mediaba se tuvo que ir , pues según ella dejaron de deberle dos meses de su sueldo. NO MERECEN SEGUIR DANDO SERVICIOS
