Negative experience: En 2020 me compré una casa con toda nuestra ilusión. Desde que nos dieron la casa. Peleándonos para que nos arreglen los desperfectos. Cada vez que llueve, nos entra agua por el dormitorio de arriba, cocina, cuarto de baño, etc. con moho por varios sitios y, llamando muchísimas veces y nadie viene a arreglarnos los desperfectos. Llamamos a Miriam Mauriño que es la que nos vendió la casa y , ni contestan, correos , llamadas, burofax, nada de nada. Y más de mis vecinos igual que nosotros. No es justo que jueguen con nuestra ilusión ….
Buenos días, lo siento de tus problemas...pero yo no te he vendido la casa está comunicando con innova inmobiliaria...tu mismo ha dicho que lo ha comprada a Miriam Mauriño, creo que la empresa de ella se llama Cosmotech. Te rogaria de ratificar el comentario, gracias.
Negative experience: •Report for illegal practices• It’s a shame that I have to write this, but my husband and I rented an apartment with Innova, that is, with Andrea, in the Altillo area. He was in charge of the apartment and with whom we had all communication during our two-year stay. Once living in the apartment, we encountered problems and immediately reported them. But fixing anything was always a struggle. It wasn’t a cheap apartment, and it was clear once we were living there that it hadn’t been maintained well in previous years. In the end, we fixed many things ourselves to be comfortable. Now we have to move out of the country and we gave notice 30 days in advance as stated in the contract. We left the apartment in better condition than we received it. However, we are ***waiting more than three months for our deposit***, which is illegal. He doesn’t want to take responsibility, saying that it’s the owner’s fault, but in the two years, we had no contact with the owner nor did we receive her number to talk to her. So he is the one responsible, as before, and he needs to resolve this situation. In Spain, you have thirty days to report any issues in the apartment and return the deposit. He tried to tell us that we hadn’t fixed things that were his responsibility, not ours! Additionally, he wanted to charge us to cancel the electricity when we no longer lived there. However, the 30 days passed and we are still here waiting for the deposit. So I warn you to be very careful with him! Never in my 20 years of renting an apartment have I seen such corruption. What a pity knowing that in the end, we rented from a thief. Be careful!
Dear Raquel and Jason, I am very sorry for what happened and the inconvenience this may have caused. I fully understand your concern. I want to clarify that upon leaving the apartment, both the electricity and gas contracts were canceled, and therefore the owner had to bear the costs of the new contracts and deduct this cost from the deposit. Likewise, the damages left in the apartment... Here is the list of small repairs that your contract specified that these types of damages would be your responsibility: DOOR LOCK LIVING ROOM €19.00 CURTAIN CORD BEDROOM 1 €16.00 CURTAIN CORD BEDROOM 3 €16.00 UPPER FLOOR SOCKET €32.00 (there were no sockets and cables) SHOWER PHONE MAIN BATHROOM €18.00 (there was no tube and intercom) LABOR FOR REPAIRS €15.00 WASHER INSTALLATION €30.00 (left disconnected and without tube) CURTAIN RAILS INSTALLATION €30.00 ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CONNECTION €269.13 GAS SUPPLY CONNECTION €189.64 LAST WATER BILL €53.79 ANTENNA INSTALLER €90.00 TOTAL €778.56 We have had to send several technicians to carry out the repairs. As an agency, we manage these procedures on behalf of the owners, but the final decisions are made by them, as they are the ones in possession of the deposit. Negative experience: It's unfortunate how they appropriated the money of the tenants. This company keeps the deposits from the rentals, claiming, after 2 MONTHS!! of having returned the apartment in perfect condition, as confirmed by the real estate agency through Mr. Andrea Roverato. This gentleman practically toyed with me during this time, pleading that I shouldn't cancel the services, claiming they already had a new tenant and only needed to sign the contract; additionally, he told me that the return of the deposit had already been processed, and that it takes some time. Oh surprise!!! Yesterday I received a call from Iberdrola saying they were just making the change, and today this gentleman, ANDREA ROVERATO, sends me this morning a breakdown of deductions for the apartment I left 2 months ago... Is that normal?? No!! This is appropriating the money of others, and as much as I try to communicate with them for an explanation, they simply do not answer my calls and leave my WhatsApp messages on seen... Be very careful before hiring the services of this company.

Negative experience: Es lamentable como se apropian del dinero de los inquilinos. Esta empresa se queda con las fianzas de los alquileres, alegando, después de 2 MESES !! De haber entregado el piso en perfectas condiciones, tal como lo pudo constatar la inmobiliaria a travez del sr Andrea Roverato. Este señor prácticamente me estuvo tonteando durante este tiempo, suplicando que no diera de baja a los servicios, alegando que ya tenían un nuevo inquilino y solo faltaba firmar el contrato, además, me dijo que ya se había tramitado la devolución de la fianza, que eso tomaba un tiempo. Oh sorpresa!!! El día de ayer me llamaron de Iberdrola a decirme que recién estaban haciendo el cambio, y hoy este señor, ANDREA ROVERATO, me envía esta mañana un cuadre de descuentos del piso que dejé hace 2 meses… Eso es normal ?? No!! Esto es apropiarse del dinero de otras personas, y por mucho que intento comunicarme con ellos para que me den una explicación, simplemente no me responden las llamadas y me dejan los mensajes de whatsApp en visto … mucho cuidado antes de contratar los servicios de esta compañía.
Repito lo anterior al ser la misma pareja no cambia mi versión.
Negative experience: Mejorable. Una mala atención y peor asesoramiento
Buenos días Jose María, puedo entenderlo....hay mucha demanda de alquileres y el piso lo puedo alquilar solamente a una familia. Entiendo que lo que se queda sin vivienda tiene un trastorno y un mal estar. Lo siento de corazón.
