Negative experience: I had never had experience with this real estate agency, but after what happened, I don't think I will work with them again. They posted an apartment on Idealista on a Monday at an attractive price, and I immediately contacted them. They informed me that the sales manager would call me to schedule an appointment, but I did not receive any call that day. Instead, they raised the price of the apartment. When Wednesday arrived without any news, I decided to call again, and they told me the same thing: that the sales manager would contact me. On Friday, not having received a response, I tried to reach out again both by phone and WhatsApp, receiving the same excuse. Finally, after a whole week without any call, I contacted them again and was informed that the apartment was already reserved. The lack of formality in their management left much to be desired, wasting valuable time for both them and me. After this experience, I will not trust this real estate agency for the search of any property in the future.

In fact, there are times when properties are sold without even being published, using only the database. Properties that never hit the market. In the case of this property, we have been completely overwhelmed by calls and people coming to the office; it has been complicated. At this moment, we are removing your data from our database and invite you to return at any time if you wish. We reiterate our apologies and regards.
Negative experience: Do not manage anything with them, my brother submitted a deposit and after accepting it they stopped contacting him and do not answer his calls. It has reached the point where we have to call from another number to be attended to; not only did he lose the apartment, but they still haven't returned the deposit. They just ignore and make excuses. And this has been going on for months now. They are not trustworthy, we feel scammed.
I urge you to discuss with your brother because we have no record of such circumstance. You can schedule an appointment with the manager or drop by the office. Without data, we cannot assist you.
Negative experience: After giving a deposit of 16,000 €, which is quite a sum, and spending almost 3 months fighting with the bank because of third parties, I have lost the purchase and the deposit. They have not given me any option for a refund, not even a partial one, when I call they say they are studying it (that was more than a month ago) so they have pocketed 16,000 € just like that. They don't even answer the phone. I feel very scammed.
Dear María José. We understand what you are saying, however, you should know, as we have expressed to you, that Article 1454 of the Civil Code addresses such circumstances. If the seller refuses to sell for any reason, they must return double the deposit, and if it is the buyer who does so, they will lose the deposit. It is the law that says so, not us. Nevertheless, you know perfectly well that an attempt was made and you were given more time than agreed. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: They will sell you a lot of hype and everything will seem perfect until you leave a deposit, then they will ignore you and only care about maximizing their profit. No matter how much they dress up as 'property consultants' to appear more exclusive, they are just another real estate agency that will overcharge you, and the service will be the same or worse than any other.
Estimado Santiago. Lamentamos la percepción que expresas en tu reseña. Nos interesa sobremanera el asunto, ya que es una auténtica lástima que, después de tres años de realizar la magnífica compra de la vivienda, tengas esa opinión. De ahí el interés del gerente en concertar una cita contigo para que le puedas explicar con detalle qué ha podido ocasionar dicha opinión y cómo poder mejorar para el futuro. Sí te comento que ya hemos examinado al detalle tu expediente y a partir de dejar la señal aparecen más de 50 anotaciones en el mismo. Éstas bien pueden ser contactos telefónicos que hemos mantenido, como whatsapps, así como anotaciones de gestiones realizadas. Todas ellas te las mostraremos en la cita con el gerente. Respecto a los honorarios hemos realizado las comprobaciones pertinentes con nuestro departamento de contabilidad y tampoco nos aparece un cobro distinto a lo pactado como comentas en la reseña. Este asunto sí nos preocupa más si cabe y te rogamos nos envíes de inmediato cualquier documentación que tengas para aclararlo. Espero y deseo nos podamos ver pronto para darte toda la información de manera detallada y que seguro también nos puedas ayudar a mejorar esos procesos. Saludos.
