Negative experience: The commissions they charge are outrageous, it's EMBARRASSING. Many sales are not made because they want to take 5500 in commission from the buyer on properties worth 75000 euros. Also, if you suggest negotiating that price, they get offended. The commissions from other real estate agencies in Jerez range between 2000 and 4000 plus VAT, all below that. By the way, all those very nice reviews you have are surely not bought.

Fantastic experience: Bien, yo estaba pensando que viviendo lejos de Jerez (de hecho en el extranjero) conseguía vender mi piso por mi solo. Resultado, no fue así tan fácil. A lo largo de varias semanas recibí decenas de contactos de inmobiliarias, y de hecho una que siempre me impresionó por su insistencia fue Tecnocasa (Cristina). Al final de unas semanas Ana Rodriguez vuelve a mi contacto y con total transparencia me explica todas las condiciones del servicio de esta agencia y me enseña el acuerdo que yo tendría que firmar. Lo acepté y empezó Tecnocasa a trabajar la venta de mi piso. Al inicio yo estaba pidiendo un precio más alto y no estaban entrando muchas visitas, sin embargo, Ana me aconsejó a bajar un poquitín el valor y ya empezó a tener visitar y gente interesada. Finalmente, y casi al mismo dia entran dos propuestas, una bajísima y otra más razonable. Acepté la propuesta más razonable y empezó el tramite de la venta, firma de propuestas, acuerdo, prorrogas de plazos todo muy bien. Ana lo gestionó todo con gran profesionalidad y prácticamente siempre con un contacto semanal para decirme como iba el trámite. Por fin se tuvimos cita para la firma y una vez más Ana informándome casi a diario de todo. En el dia anterior a la firma hubo un problema pero Ana y Antonio (su jefe) fueron incansables en la búsqueda de una solución; y gracias a dios solo me informaran del problema cuando ya tenían solución. La escritura se hizo y el pago por los compradores fue por transferencia bancaria "inmediata" (que en realidad no es así tan imediata, puede tardar unas horas). Ana y Antonio se mantuvieron conmigo hasta que todo se aclarara y el dinero entrara en mi cuenta (esto ya después de salir del notario). Por todo lo que he escrito arriba, solo puedo recomendar muchísimo a Tecnocasa y a Ana. Ellos son gente de muy profesionalidad, y sobretodo si sois extranjeros y/o ya no vivís en Jerez, no dudéis Tecnocasa es la solución.
