Fantastic experience: I am delighted with the professionalism and the treatment received. I have gone through the entire process of searching and acquiring my home with them. They are great professionals because they advise you at all times (they do not just sell to sell, they help you find what you really want). For me, it has been an exceptional experience, as they made it very easy for me throughout the whole process. Without a doubt, if I need anything in the future, I would count on their advice again.

Negative experience: I contemplated whether to publish this review but I think it is fair for potential future clients. A couple of weeks ago, Carmen and Beatriz showed me an apartment where, to our surprise, at the end of the visit, the owner (who was present during the visit) said that she needed to talk to the other owners to see if they would finally sell the apartment. I was not informed by the real estate agency about this until the end of the visit. They had just shown me an apartment that was not for sale. I traveled an hour and a half from outside Jerez and organized my week based on this visit. Nevertheless, we liked it and made an offer, and we waited a week for a response with total lack of communication. They kept us waiting for a response without conveying the reality, playing with the excitement of an offer until, after insisting on calls, they told us that in the end, they were not selling. With all due respect and hoping that this criticism serves for improvement, I would never return.

Negative experience: Bad experience trying to charge me fees when it is the landlord's responsibility when renting an apartment. Now they try to trick you with 11-month renewable leases in order to give you the excuse to pay the fees when according to the new law it should be paid by the owner. What you need to do is make it clear to the property owner that the costs are their responsibility before hiring your services and not try to dodge the bullet so that the tenant pays it just to make quick money. It is very bad practice.

Negative experience: Nada serios. Tratan mejor a la parte vendedora que al comprador, no hacen contratos con los vendedores por lo que subida de precios repentina está permitida. No los recomiendo, hay mejores inmobiliarias en Jerez que se preocupan y ocupan de todo.

Negative experience: No dan todas las informaciones sobre el bien para vender. No son nada profesionales. Cuidado con el contrato de preventa, no os protege para nada en caso de problema!!!! Es verdad, con el pequeño detalle que no se me informó que la casa no tenía agua y que tenía okupas como vecinos…

Fantastic experience: Si buscan una propiedad en Jerez, solamente puedo comentar algo, Mari Carmen Moreno de Elite Gestión Inmobiliaria. Desde noviembre de 2021 hemos comprado hasta ahora tres propiedades en Jerez, una casa para vivir y las otras dos para alquilar, sin Elite Gestión no me podría imaginar lo que hemos conseguido hasta. Gracias a ellos, hemos pagado el mejor precio y nos han aconsejado durante todo el proceso incluyendo notaria y otros detalles. Si esta buscando propiedad en Jerez, no será defraudado, la compañía se toma el tiempo necesario siempre que el cliente encuentre lo que está buscando por el precio justo. Otro detalle, Mari Carmen está muy bien conectada en Jerez para cualquier otra cosa que no esté relacionada con el mercado inmobiliario. Negative experience: If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. It is by far the most horrendous business ran by the most unprofessional beings that I have ever encountered. I ended up losing money and having to get lawyers involved because of their unethical business. I highly advise you to never use this agency when you are trying to buy or sell a property, unless you want to risk the chance of having the same thing happening to you. They are shady and try to take advantage, especially of foreigners. I am appalled by their incompetence and lack of honesty. All the other reviews were probably written by their agents to make them look exceptional. Si le pudiese dar a esta agencia 0 estrellas, se los daría. Es la agencia más horrenda dirigida por un grupo de incompetentes que he conocido. Terminé perdiendo dinero y teniendo que involucrar a abogados debido a sus negocios poco éticos. Te ruego que nunca uses a esta agencia cuando intentes comprar or vender una propiedad si quieres arriesgarte a que te ocurra lo mismo. Estoy horrorizada por su poca profesionalidad y falta de sinceridad. Eso diciéndolo de una persona que ha tratado con cinco propiedades e inmobiliarias, y nunca he visto una cosa igual. Probablemente todas las críticas buenas en google han sido escritas por sus agentes para que parezcan excepcionales.
