Negative experience: Vamos a ver una casa adosada,somos los 2en verla,y una vez que damos el si tanto a la inmobiliaria como a la dueña estando visitando la casa,nos dicen que vallamos a dar la señal a la oficina en ese momento,cogemos el coche nos trasladamos hacia la oficina y antes de llegar nos dicen que no que está ya reservada,cuando entre ellos(Mercedes y José María) ya habían hablado para reservarla nosotros,ni educación,ni formalidad,ni palabras mayores que por educación no digo,no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria para nada,tened cuidado. Añado aquí porque no te puedo responder... Con lamentaciones no se hacen las cosas,de profesionales poco tenéis,en ese momento hablo mercedes con usted y dijisteis que nos fuéramos para la oficina,y en el camino nos mentiis,tanto la dueña de la casa como Mercedes y usted sabía que no había dado nadie el ok a la casa,llevo 17años trabajando de cara al público y así no se hacen las cosas,el boca boca es mucho,además después fuimos a decírselo a la dueña de la casa y ella misma no se lo creía,profesionales 0,educación poca,palabra ninguna.

Total que lo an vendido por 107.500 a otra persona q ya tenía hecho una oferta de 100.000€ rechazada Y an dicho q lo an vendido a 107.500 por cortesía, me gustaría saber si el propietario está enterado q yo pagaría el precio q el pedía

Negative experience: Poco éticos. Fui a visitar una vivienda y al terminar estando en la misma dije que me la quedaba. La gerente Mercedes, llamó a José María que estaba en oficina para decirle que la señalaba y demás para que fuera preparando los papeles y nos dijo que fuéramos yendo para allí para firmar y dar el dinero. En el trayecto de la vivienda a la inmobiliaria me llaman diciendo que no va a poder ser porque la visita anterior a la mía había señalado la vivienda realizando una transferencia, todo ésto en cuestión de minutos, no veo lógico habiendo ya llamado Mercedes diciendo que yo reservaba la casa y iba hacia allí, como permiten y dan el número de cuenta a otra persona sabiendo que iba para oficina de camino. Por lo que José María fue el que dio el visto bueno a la transferencia sabiendo que ya lo tenía hablado conmigo que iba para firmar el contrato. Me parece muy mal como nos han tratado y las cosas no se hacen así. La primera visita tuvo su momento en decir que si en la propia visita cosa que no hizo y se fue y tuve yo la oportunidad de ver la vivienda y yo fui la primera en decir que si. Ilógico todo. Muy mal. Ya que quien dijo primero que se la quedaba era yo y no otra persona. Y la excusa que sueltan es que los otros clientes vieron la casa primero antes que yo, pero por mucho que vieran primero la casa al ya tu darme a mi la oportunidad de verla después que ellos ya yo estoy en mi derecho de reservarla ya que la otra persona en cuestión tuvo su oportunidad antes que yo. CONTESTACIÓN A SU RESPUESTA: Fue la visita antes que la mia si, pero manifestación de reserva es mentira, si hubiese manifiestado dicha reserva no entramos nosotros a ver la casa. El cliente tuvo su oportunidad en la vivienda y en su visita de decir que si, al irse sin decir nada ya me dio la oportunidad a mi de entrar y poder decidir si quedarmela que ese fue el caso. Y el protocolo de la empresa es poco entendible ya que una persona diga que reserva la casa se avise a oficina ésta persona de oficina diga que vayamos para firmar el contrato y en cuestión de minutos aceptan una transferencia de otra persona... Inexplicable pero cierto y no es descontento es cuestión de razonamiento y de verdad.

Negative experience: De las peores inmobiliaria de Jerez, solamente le interesa coger el dinero de la venta y venderte la casa este como esté , ya que en mi caso mi nueva casa tenía una gotera , los propietarios querían hablar con los compradores( nosotros) para dar una solución y José María siempre intento ocultarla y no darle importancia, llevamos 2 años con la casa y todavía no le ha buscado solución ya que José María dijo de su palabra que se arreglaría antes de entregarmela. Su forma de vender no es agradable ya que no es de fiar..

Fantastic experience: En referencia al escrito de VictoriaE MM quiero, como vendedor de esa propiedad, hacer una aclaracion a la dura critica que se hace a esta inmobiliaria.. Pienso que ha sido un mal entendido o falta de aclaracion , entre comprador y vendedor, sobre todo. Si fuera por mala fe hubiera pintado el baño y ocultaria el problema. Al principio aclare que yo arreglaria ese desperfecto O descontaria el importe si lo hacia el comprador. Al final desconte 4000 euros del precio de venta, considerando que iba incluido el arreglo( unos 300 E aproximadamente) Creo que deberiamos haberlo hablado y aclarado entre nosotros y no habria malos entendendidos..

Negative experience: Estaba interesado en ver un inmueble de ésta inmobiliaria, estaba cerrado en horario que decía que estaba abierto. Llamé al teléfono que tenían en la puerta y quedamos en que me llamaría para enseñarme el inmueble al día siguiente. De eso hace ya unas dos semanas y no ha dado señales de vida.
