Negative experience: Fui a ver una vivienda de 178 metros en Jerez de la Frontera. Según llego me entero de que no tiene 178 sino 130. Empezamos bien. La cosa continúa, en el anuncio se indicaba que tenía 4 dormitorios y un salón doble, cuando no era así. Una vez realizada la visita, quedamos en que me iban a remitir la nota simple y al cabo de unos días me llaman para decirme que existe una limitación legal y que, caso de que finalmente se pueda vender la vivienda, habría que esperar varios meses. Perfecto manual de cómo hacer perder el tiempo a un potencial cliente. ¿Tanto costaba ajustar el anuncio a la realidad? Por supuesto por los errores anteriores ni se disculparon. Tiempo y dinero invertido para nada.

Y nos enseñan la casa con la linterna de su móvil y nos dice que no nos puede enseñar las viviendas por el interior. Creo que no hay nadie que pueda comprar una vivienda,sin verla. Así que muy sorprendida por una gestión tan nefasta.
