Without further explanations, making excuses, and to make matters worse, giving personal information about the new buyer (of course, they are not to blame for anything). In short, we do not recommend this real estate agency, which has made us lose a lot of time and, of course, our hope.

Negative experience: Llamamos para hacer tres preguntas sobre un immueble cuya venta gestionaban, pero como lo hacíamos desde fuera de Jerez y nuestra intención era acercarnos a la ciudad un mes y medio después la señora que nos atendió no quiso responderlas, argumentando que "los pisos se venden muy rápido y cuando vengan estará vendido". En ninguna otra inmobiliaria de Jerez nos ha pasado algo así. Dos observaciones, por si en Zambrano leyeran este comentario: el cliente que llama como comprador puede mañana convertirse en cliente vendedor, actitudes como esta contribuyen a alejarlo porque da imagen de aplicar la ley del mínimo esfuerzo. Y por último, el hecho de que nosotros estemos fuera de Jerez no implica que no tengamos familia en la ciudad, como así es, dispuesta a ejercer el papel presencial y aconsejarnos que adelantemos el viaje ante un determinado inmueble que merezca verdaderamente la pena.
