In particular, Olaya never responded to my messages, ignoring my questions without any explanation. The service is terrible and clearly selective, which shows that not all clients receive the professional treatment that only a few seem to experience.

When I arrived in Asturias with the intention of renting an apartment, I contacted them several times, as they have most of the rental apartments in the area. However, after several attempts to communicate, they seemed annoyed by my calls, even though I simply needed to explore all possible options. They went so far as to tell me that they had no options for me, and when I found a description that matched what I was looking for, they told me it was outdated or did not fit my request. I felt completely ignored and poorly attended to, resulting in a very frustrating experience. Customer service leaves much to be desired, and the worst part is that, having most of the rental apartments, one is forced to deal with them. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Negative experience: The worst agency we have dealt with in Oviedo. The first time we went there in person, we explained what we were looking for (we needed to rent an apartment for a long term in Oviedo) and left our phone number. No one called us back. We went there for the second time. This time we managed to speak with an English-speaking realtor (Olalla). In the end, we were told that only 2 apartments met our requirements (although in reality half of the listings on idealista were marked as belonging to this agency). We agreed to see one of the apartments. That same day we saw it and liked it. We sent documents with proof of income for consideration. In the end, we were denied, citing that the owner was very cautious and ultimately found someone else to whom he could rent the apartment. The realtor ended up not sending us any other options, claiming that 'there was nothing available'. The impression we got was that they absolutely don't care about those trying to rent through them. Moreover, they impose unreasonable income requirements (and as it turned out later - these are actually the agency's requirements, not the owner's). And yes, other agencies, even if they did impose additional income requirements, had much better communication.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review from the perspective of someone interested in purchasing a property; as a customer, I cannot give my opinion. Of all the apartments I am visiting, this real estate agency seemed the most organized and provided the most complete information. Additionally, they 'dress up' the home a bit for potential buyers. Sonia was very kind. I can only point out one flaw: the filter used in the property photos is too unrealistic and makes what you are going to visit not match reality. A little clarity is fine... but it shouldn't make Oviedo look like a tropical island.

We don't live in the area, the state agent wasn't helpful at all, we asked for virtual viewings and they said we need to wait until they have the next viewing with a potential buyer, not sure why someone would trust them to sell their house.
