I was recently offered a two-bedroom apartment in Natahoyo for €460, I called them and the manager told me they didn't have the keys yet, I called back the following week and her assistant answered, saying to bring my ID, the pension resolution, and the revaluation for this year. Once I arrived with the documentation, she told me I needed to bring my tax declaration and a guarantor, as all landlords ask for one. All this just to see an apartment that I have never seen. Being treated with considerable contempt. I went to the agency to get my documents back and ask why they needed them, and they told me they had the authority to withhold them, as if they were a government authority. I ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINT FORM DUE TO THE DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT AND SHE CALLED THE POLICE. Apparently, one of her brothers is a police officer. Previously, Ana the manager had pulled another trick on me with another apartment of the same characteristics, giving me rental expectations, but then she disappears because she was on vacation. Les comento que por favor el día antes me manden la dirección exacta, porque me faltaba el piso. El día de la visita llamo una hora y media antes porque no lo he recibido, y ante mi asombro me dicen que no me han avisado porque está ya vendido por el propietario. Yo me iba a desplazar desde Avilés a Gijón. Tiempo y dinero perdido que con una llamada hubiera bastado para evitar. Y por supuesto la persona que me atendió ni disculpas, ni empatía ni nada. Si te descuidas la ofendida ella.

Fantastic experience: Bastó una visita a esta agencia, de entre 30 min-1h, en la que Francisco fue llamando a toda la lista de inmuebles que se ajustaban a nuestra petición, y a pesar de recibir respuestas negativas, no descolgarle el teléfono o incluso cortarle la llamada insistió hasta conseguirnos una visita a un piso disponible que finalmente alquilamos. Muy contenta con la agencia, es increíble pensar que solo en 4 días logramos firmar el contrato e instalarnos. Muchísimas gracias!

Negative experience: Si tienes un objeto interesante a la venta o eres un cliente rentable, sin duda contacta con este inmobiliaria y te ayudarán de la mejor forma posible y profesional. Pero... He tenido experiencias negativas y extrañas. Después de eso, la impresión fue que si no eres español se olvidarán por ti y no querrán hacer negocios contigo. Vine y dije qué tipo de apartamento necesitaba. Un día después me mostraron el apartamento que más me convenía, les envié todos los documentos necesarios y ... Silencio. Dos días después, les pregunté qué pasó y por qué no me respondieron. Me dieron una respuesta un poco extraña que mis documentos aún no habían sido procesados ​​y .... silencio de nuevo .... una semana después, por curiosidad, escribí lo que pasó y por qué no me contestaron sobre el apartamento. Me dieron la respuesta: "El apartamento ya está alquilado". Entonces me di cuenta de que necesitaba otro Avalista para un Avalista y otro Avalista para esos dos Avalistas, y tal vez entonces recibiría algún tipo de servicio.

La dueña del negocio utiliza viejos trucos de inmobiliaria trasnochada para presionarte a la compra: -Siempre llegaba hablando por el móvil fingiendo llamadas de gente interesada en el piso que justo te está enseñando. -Decía que tenía varias visitas al día en el piso que justo estás interesado, pero no tenía nunca las llaves para enseñártelo y tuvo que llamar al propietario para que viniera a abrir¿? (El propietario nos dijo que la nuestra era la primera visita). Eran las típicas prisas para infundir sentimiento de pérdida. -Te cita a propósito en un número de la calle diferente al del piso que vas a visitar para que no te adelantes y no preguntes a nadie del edificio y cuando te ve hablar con vecinos se enfada. No tiene ni idea de lo que vende. Intenta mostrar que tiene información de los inmuebles y no hace el trabajo de campo. -Te dice que cierta reforma de un edificio tiene 4 años de antigüedad cuando tiene más de 15 (información directa del propietario) y cuando la descubres se excusa diciendo “¡cómo pasa el tiempo!”. -Comportamiento infantil para una señora de su edad. Agencia anclada en el sistema inmobiliario antiguo de intentar engañar al cliente diciéndole que todo lo que tiene es lo mejor con el objetivo de forzar la venta. Piensa que los clientes no nos damos cuenta y que somos tontos. Yo no recomiendo hacer ninguna transacción en este negocio. ____________________________ He leido la respuesta de la propietaria y: bla bla bla, negándolo todo, que si llevo 25 años, etc... Mire: Forum filatélico tenía miles de clientes y duró 27 años haciendo lo que hacía. Y si Forum le parece una comparación muy lejana le hablo de iDental que estaba en Tremañes y un sinfín de pequeñas empresas más, así que la excusa de los 25 años ya no sirve. La buena reputación ya no se demuestra con antiguedad, señora. En cuanto a lo que dice del edificio, de los tres numeros que componen la manzana ES EL ÚNICO QUE ES DE OTRO COLOR COMPLETAMENTE DIFERENTE!!. Y se equivoca, la casa que me usted me enseñó ahora es nuestra, pero no gracias a usted desde luego. Por supuesto que pueden llamarle interesándose por el piso que nos está enseñando en ese momento, pero no las tres veces en las tres visitas con los mismos clientes delante... ciertamente sospechoso, de todos modos, se apagó la luz del portal y hasta el propietario pudo ver que no había ninguna llamada activa en su movil. Respecto a las buenas críticas que dice que tiene, ¿dónde están? ¡si es justo todo lo contrario!. Su empresa tiene dos cuentas en google (INMOVITALIA e Inmovitalia Servicios inmobiliarios) y como sus reseñas en la cuenta mas antigua (al menos 4 años de antiguedad) son nefastas, ha tenido que abrirse una nueva cuenta de google (un año de antiguedad aprox) con nuevas reseñas para poder comenzar desde cero por su mala reputación!! Usted puede seguir y seguir así todo el tiempo que quiera pero no hará que su servicio mejore. Por cierto, he leido que ud. le respondía a un constructor que su buena reseña les hacía mejorar. Desde los orígenes del ser humano es justo al revés, son los errores y las malas experiencias lo que nos ayudan a ser mejores y no volver a caer en lo mismo, creo que tiene conceptos vitales muy importantes enormemente equivocados.

Negative experience: Diga lo que diga,el piso no era el que había visto.cuando llego lo primero firmo un papel ,que me compromete a comprarlo a ellas.(Ana)el piso había que reformarlo entero....nada más llegar estaba la dueña....y la chica cuando vio que el piso que yo tenía de referencia ,pidió permiso para actualizar las fotos....Que bien...se lo manda a Ana y automáticamente sale el verdadero piso.Me sentí engañada por estas chicas además de que son incapaces de ver su error.Las fotos hay que actualizarlas antes.Mi experiencia con ellas muy muy mala.Por suerte son unicas

Podrías haberlo dejado así y ya está pero encima dices que miento. -¿Citarme en otro inmueble fue mentira? Te recuerdo que estuve en persona esperando en el portal que no era, si tantas visitas tenías ¿deberías recordar el portal, no? -¿La antigüedad de la reforma fue mentira? Te recuerdo que la fecha me la dijo el propietario del inmueble delante tuyo. -¿Las llamadas ficticias son mentira? Mira, tuviste la mala suerte que mientras fingias una de las llamadas se apagó la luz del portal quedándonos a oscuras y dejando tu móvil expuesto con la pantalla encendida a la vista de todos los que estabamos allí con la pantalla en modo de espera sin ninguna llamada activa. Jaja y tu habla que te habla. ¡Nos quedamos atónitos! Es difícil probar por aquí que no miento pero no me molestaría tanto en escribir todo esto si fuera mentira. Estoy tan molesto de me quieras dejar por mentiroso que dejo aquí mi correo por si algún futuro cliente con sospechas de la buena fe de esta agencia quiere que le ponga en contacto con el propietario del inmueble que he citado para que ratifique que lo que digo es verdad y si lo necesita contarle toda la versión.
