Negative experience: I would not go back to them even if they had 'the property of my life'. My experience with them has been the worst of my entire history in the rental world, both in Asturias and outside Asturias, they take the prize for the worst. Because of them and my good faith, I lost the deposit given for an apartment I rented with them; they saved themselves because I was leaving Asturias to take legal action. That saved them, because I would have fought the battle. The good thing is that I learned from their maneuver. Never again. I did rent an apartment there on a very well-known avenue, the contract was signed by my husband and me. There is no confusion at all.
