In any case, we would like to indicate our side regarding this: When it is said or supported that someone does not tell the truth or that if they do, it is by mistake, it suggests that they are lying (something very serious) and for which we must defend ourselves. In your argument, you indicate that there was an email sent in the open; and that is correct. Among the dozens of emails we sent over 3 years to a promotion, there was a human error in one. And we apologize for it; thank you for the constructive criticism to help prevent it from happening again. In any case, we want to clarify that it was an internal circular within a closed community of neighbors and that the email addresses do not identify any person or specific apartment. This is a mistake, it is not lying. You also claim that in the final phase of delivering the Balcones de Roces promotion an email was sent with the 'forecast' of signing dates, which was indeed corrected a few hours later because we were informed by the developer that there was still a pending management with the bank. Correcting it hours later is not being a liar, it is rectifying. Being a liar would have been knowing that something was missing that would delay the signing and not communicating it. You also indicate that some things have been done well and we appreciate it, even some that we were not obliged to do. But well, it is usually like that; the better you try to treat someone, the less they appreciate it and the worse they value it. Your opinion has been given and ours too.
