Negative experience: REAL SCAMMERS 5,000 euros commission for the sale of a 60,000 euros apartment, using a malicious contract. To begin with, their fiscal name is 'Paniceres consultores'. They draft a contract where their commission is 3,500 euros including VAT and do not mention that the money paid by the buyer as a deposit (arras) is also kept by them. In my case, it was 1,500 euros. This contract, which in this case was for an inheritance, is drafted before the adjudication, of course without being signed by all the heirs. The copy they presented to me was not signed by any of the heirs, and in this case, I was the one with the largest percentage of participation. To justify it well, I am attaching the contract and the invoices they issued for a total of 5,000 euros. Of course, I have filed a complaint at the town hall and I do not rule out taking legal action and informing the tax authorities for accepting cash in excess of one thousand euros.
