Negative experience: Very disappointed with the management of an apartment. Situation: on Saturday, an apartment is published in the Arena area, I send a message expressing my interest (since it's Saturday, the real estate agency is closed) and on Sunday they contact me to see which time suits me for visits (via written message). The next day, the apartment disappears from the platform, I call several times, leave a message, and get no explanation: absolute silence. It seems very unprofessional to not respond or explain that the apartment had already been sold (even though it was Sunday and the advertisement was published on Saturday). What a shame that the housing market is becoming so dirty. Without a doubt, I will never choose this real estate agency again.

It leaves a lot to be desired that after visiting the apartment you posted, meeting again there today, confirming the purchase, you called us to the real estate agency to deliver the reservation money and two hours before you canceled everything because you sold it to someone else, without even asking us if we could improve or match the offer, since we had already confirmed that we were closing the deal. We have taken away a huge disappointment.
