Negative experience: To whom it may concern, I assure you that if I could give 0 stars, I would. Disappointing management from this agency, if we can call it that, whom I would not recommend for advice or for anyone with two brain cells to trust, whether individual or company. The only good or noteworthy thing they have is at the moment of signing and collecting their fees. At that moment, everything is smiles and empathy, of course they respond to your emails quickly and efficiently. But you don't know what you are getting into. In my case, my ex-partner and I signed a lease for 5 years, located in Badalona. I will not provide more details for data protection. Well, this contract, for whatever reasons, had to be terminated just a year and a half after it was signed. And from there, our ordeal began. It is also worth mentioning that during the months the lease lasted, for anything you might need from them, it was all evasion, and they took weeks in some cases to respond to emails, sent multiple times. Well, as I was saying, once the proceedings started, the gentlemen from Tapiol were in the process of business absorption by Housfy, which apparently according to my research are cut from the same cloth, and therefore the management was delayed to such an extent that the termination was signed on a date that was not agreed upon. This caused a delay in the return of the deposits and guarantees. According to the regulations, you have up to 45 days to return said guarantee, well over 60 have passed, we still do not have the guarantee in our account, fortunately we do have the deposit, which the property was responsible for managing its return. You will understand my discontent when after having sent more than 80 emails, you only know how to give me excuses, such as, it was an administrative error, this is not the image we want to give, or the transfer is requested, but has been for 4 weeks... do you take me for an idiot? Nowadays a transfer takes a maximum of 48 hours. You ask for proof of it, surprise, they do not answer you or tell you that they are requesting it but that maybe the deposit will arrive before you do, 4 days later it does not arrive. Meanwhile, no one here takes responsibility and who is clearly affected? The customer in any case. I reiterate and to finish, we are asking for nothing but something that belongs to us and that is signed by contract, both on paper and verbally. I hope I have been as precise and clear as possible, and let's see if by exposing your negligence and lack of professionalism towards your clients in front of others, I can get back what is mine by right and finally close this unfortunate chapter of our lives. Thanks to those who have wasted 5 minutes of their time reading this post/review, and believe me, if it is not because you feel obliged, look for other managers, less demagogic and more effective! I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue with a heater (1 week without hot water) and they are asking me to be patient... I still don't know when they will be able to come and check the issue and fix it. And there are quite a few like this.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con esta Agencia Inmobiliaria fue lamentable. Os comparto la experiencia que tuve con ellos. Estábamos buscando un local para iniciar un nuevo negocio y nos interesamos por uno que ofertaba esta agencia. Para empezar, el agente inmobiliario apenas nos enseñó el local. Además, cuando le realizábamos alguna cuestión sobre aspectos tan básicos y fundamentales como por donde pasaba el conducto del aire o qué horas de Sol tenía el local sus respuestas, en el 90% de los casos eran "no lo sé" sin ningún interés por documentarse y darnos una explicación fundamentada. A eso, debemos añadir que para contactar con el agente inmobiliario hace falta llamarle 10 veces, 30 whatsapps y 10 correos electrónicos, con eso y, un poco de suerte, quizás logras contactar con él. Te marean mucho, te dicen una cosa, que necesitan X documento, luego te piden Y. Luego te dicen que te lo alquilan, luego que no. Un mareo totalmente innecesario. También fuimos a la oficina suya donde, bajo mi punto de vista, recibí un trato con el cual me sentí ninguneado. En resumen, lamentablemente la máxima puntuación que puedo dejar es una estrella. Espero que mi reseña sirva a otras personas que se estén aventurando en iniciar un negocio y necesiten un local o estén buscando una vivienda a tomar su decisión.

He tenido una muy mala experiencia en mi busqueda de piso de alquiler con ellos. En mi caso, me crearon falsas ilusiones diciendome que sería la 1ra persona en ver el piso ( en ese contexto se entiende que el primero que le interesa, se lo queda, no? ) Pues en esta empresa hay varios procesos de selección entre inquilinos, dignos de una entrevista para la Nasa. Si eres joven mileurista no gastes tiempo en enviar tu documentación, ya que el rechazo es inminente. Todo porque otras familias te superan en ingresos. En el proceso de selección (control de documentación) te mantienen en vilo durante 3 SEMANAS sin dar una respuesta. El dinero va por delante de los valores humanos. Así que disfruten el piso los funcionarios o familias "de bien" ya que eso es uno de los X requisitos que piden.
