Nuestra oficina Tecnocasa lleva en funcionamiento desde el año 2012. Ubicada en el barrio Arrabal-Bº Jesús, uno de los barrios con más historia de la ciudad de Zaragoza. Desde aquí podemos ver la Basílica de la Virgen del Pilar desde cualquier punto del Barrio.

Positive experience: Nos atendieron muy bien, el piso era mil veces más li do en las fotos y quedaron en mostrarnos otro más normal y llegó la cuarentena...

Negative experience: Nos enseñó un piso un comercial que, en la primera visita, parecía bastante normal y sincero. El piso nos gustaba y concertamos una segunda cita al día siguiente. La verdad que es que fue muy fácil quedar con él a la hora que elegimos. Pero durante la segunda visita apareció, por sorpresa y sin haberlo pedido, el director financiero de la oficina. Un señor muy arreglado, muy "simpático", muy profesional. Tanta corbata y reloj de marca que nos empezó a dar mala espina... Durante la visita ambos comerciales nos deleitaron con un teatrillo que se preocuparon de que todos escuchásemos, haciéndonos creer que, de repente, había otros clientes muy interesados (aunque el día anterior en teoría el piso no era demasiado visitado...). Tan interesados que iban a ir esa misma tarde con unos reformistas para tomar medidas (fue una conversación tan forzada que resultó totalmente inverosimil). Tras haber visto el piso se empeñaron en que fuésemos a la oficina para "hablar de dinero". Tuvieron tanto empeño que, aunque tras la segunda visita no estábamos demasiado convencidos con el piso, fuimos con ellos. Una vez en el despacho el financiero pretendía que le diésemos todos nuestros datos porque ellos nos iban a facilitar la hipoteca con una intermediarios llamados "Kirón". A partir de allí, los gestos de prepotencia, nerviosismo acusado y empeño en que era la mejor opción del mundo mundial nos llevaron a salir de allí casi corriendo y, por supuesto, sin darle ningún dato personal más allá de nuestro nombre... Si el piso no nos convencía demasiado, la actitud de ese trabajador nos hizo descartarlo definitivamente y prometimos no volver a Tecnocasa. Simplemente me gustaría avisar a futuros clientes de que no se dejen engañar. Solo querían ganar dinero como fuese, con los intermediarios "más importantes de España" y con una actitud tan arrogante que os recomendaría que si vais a comprar o vender con Tecnocasa, la inmobiliaria la toméis como un simple intermediario y no os dejéis engañar. Mal rollo. Muy mal rollo.
