Negative experience: Awful treatment, I have been requesting to see an apartment that interests me for a month and a half and they only give me excuses and obstacles to show it to me, they tell me they will call me later.
Fantastic experience: They are amazing. The attention is impeccable, to name Victor, Jorge, Jesús, and others (sorry if I forget someone). I had support the whole time during the transaction: before, during, and even after. They have had infinite patience with me, given my doubts and even knowing that I can be a pain with the documents and conditions. Clear, fast, and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Negative experience: I sold my house with them three years ago... The most deceitful people you can imagine, they don't tell a single truth throughout the process. They sell you the idea that your house is amazing and charge you a ridiculous commission, what they don’t tell you is that the other party pays the same, in total 12,000 euros taken from the sale of a house (in my town, thieves). When they see that the house is not selling, they say it’s too expensive and that you need to lower the price. When I finally managed to sell, they also tried to scam me; we agreed on a clean price for me, and at the time of signing, if I didn’t read carefully, they cheated me out of a thousand euros. Extremely unprofessional, they told me to show the house, I stayed at the bar downstairs, and often no one came. When I asked how the viewings went, they said it was great, knowing well that no one had come. When I finally sold it, I had a problem with the buyer who didn’t want to pay what was agreed in the contract, the proportional part of the IBI, and they washed their hands of it and disappeared. The worst experience of my life, I will never sell or buy anything with them again... This corresponds to you at Calle Molino de las Armas 41, my wife extremely pregnant and making fun of us day by day; I have the WhatsApp messages and other evidence.

If I could go back, I wouldn't step into Tecnocasa for anything in the world.

Negative experience: Son una panda de sinverguenzas. Te pintan todo muy bonito que el piso esta en perfectas condiciones como me paso a mi y luego es mentira. Y se escudan en que ellos no han dicho eso. No recomiendo nada esta agencia ni a sus ve dedores. A mi me han dejado con una averia de 1500euros
Lamentamos que, tras haber comprado, reformado una vivienda que se anunciaba como "para reformar" y haber cambiado la caldera de estancia, estime que dos meses más tarde de la compraventa, los responsables de que la caldera que había en la vivienda dé fallos, seamos nosotros. Esperamos que disfrute de su vivienda muchos años

Negative experience: Son unos sin vergüenzas, la profesionalidad con el cliente que alquila, brilla por su ausencia. Quedas para ver un piso y sabiendo que lo tienen alquilado desde hace 2 días, te avisan 15 min antes de la visita y claro, búscate la vida, les da igual si has hecho 30 km de propio para ver el piso. Unos impresentables. Añado, LOS ASESORES ESTABAN INFORMADOS.
Lamentamos su malestar y no haber avisado antes de cerrar la oficina el sábado, aunque fueran más tarde de las 20:00 (horario de cierre de los sábados), ya que, de modo excepcional a lo que suele ocurrir, entendemos que ustedes sí hubieran atendido el teléfono a esas horas dada la distancia a la que viven, distancia de la que no informaron a los asesores, circunstancia que entendemos les cause doble malestar. No obstante, tenemos en cuenta su información para mejorar en lo posible.

Negative experience: No se puede ni valorar ,nos atendió un chulo por decir que los honorarios 7000 E nos parecía caro se comportó como un soberbio y un impertinente y no quiso ni enseñarnos el ático después de ir hasta Ally no me había encontrado gente tan poco profesional y eso que estoy visitando pisos
