Negative experience: I sold my house with them three years ago... The most deceitful people you can imagine, they don't tell a single truth throughout the process. They sell you the idea that your house is amazing and charge you a ridiculous commission, what they don’t tell you is that the other party pays the same, in total 12,000 euros taken from the sale of a house (in my town, thieves). When they see that the house is not selling, they say it’s too expensive and that you need to lower the price. When I finally managed to sell, they also tried to scam me; we agreed on a clean price for me, and at the time of signing, if I didn’t read carefully, they cheated me out of a thousand euros. Extremely unprofessional, they told me to show the house, I stayed at the bar downstairs, and often no one came. When I asked how the viewings went, they said it was great, knowing well that no one had come. When I finally sold it, I had a problem with the buyer who didn’t want to pay what was agreed in the contract, the proportional part of the IBI, and they washed their hands of it and disappeared. The worst experience of my life, I will never sell or buy anything with them again... If I could go back, I wouldn't step into Tecnocasa for anything in the world.

Y se escudan en que ellos no han dicho eso. No recomiendo nada esta agencia ni a sus ve dedores. A mi me han dejado con una averia de 1500euros

Negative experience: Son unos sin vergüenzas, la profesionalidad con el cliente que alquila, brilla por su ausencia. Quedas para ver un piso y sabiendo que lo tienen alquilado desde hace 2 días, te avisan 15 min antes de la visita y claro, búscate la vida, les da igual si has hecho 30 km de propio para ver el piso. Unos impresentables. Añado, LOS ASESORES ESTABAN INFORMADOS.
